Will Linden Labs allow the Land Regulation to clean up the dirty deals happening on Private Sims. And if so will they endorse it. I am seeing three categories of issues: 1) Performance "I can't log on and when I do I can't move and when I move I can't tp and when I can tp my skin is black and my shoe is up my ass and when I go to my inventory to find the crowbar to remove it, it's missing. I would buy another but my credit card was refused and my spending limit somehow reverted to L$15." 2) Customer Service "I tried Live Help but they were gone so I went to the forum but it was deleted so I picked up the phone and got put on hold and then sent to voicemail so I sent an email. That was two weeks ago." 3) Abusive Residents "I got caged by a camping blingtard who popped out from behind a rotating porn ad and sent his bot to steal the land I listed for L$1 to "anyone" because I assumed it was just me and my friend on the sim until that alt popped in and bought my no copy sexgen bed for L$0 and then promised to give it back if I would move in to her estate for only L$10 which turns out was only the reservation price and I now owe them L$1,000,000 up front and L$36,000 a month or they will ban me from my parcel and orbit me to the new Supernova sun that just burned out my virtual retinas." Other than these three, I don't see any problems, really.

Other than those three general categories, what else CAN be a problem?  The service is broken, you can't get help, and the barbarians are at the gates. Pretty much runs the gambit for the vastness of the problem space, eh?  |

Who ARE you, and what have you done with the rest of the Lindens? or perhaps the question should be "what have you done TO the rest of the Lindens?". Keep this up, and LL's image MIGHT actually become that of a respectable company someday. Edit: Sorry, I was thinking this was Heretic still posting.. he seems to be a catalyst for change in the forums recently. Still good to see something sensible happening for a change. Using the tool of the forums for something it really can help with. |

When are vehicles going to work properly? And a big thanks for Heritic & Robin for jumping in the cage with us, see we only growl a lot when there are bars between us otherwise we just chew quietly
