Can anyone suggest skins with elaborate 'rave' make-up? I've found some at Penumbra/Trap, SkinSane and Nomine, and some at Belleza that come close, but none yet that are quite what I want.

Another thing that is hard to find is red lipstick on a fair skin. The flesh toned reds are the current main availability.

Nomine just came out with a new line that has eyebrows in four colors (brown, black, red, blonde) included with each skin. The makeups are only available on selected skin tones (that is, not offered on every skin tone) but there are some really pretty ones... including a couple with fair skin and red lips. Pretty cheap too, only L$500 if I remember right.

There's no such thing as a "best skin shop".
What're your preferences? How are we supposed to give suggestions if you don't give any preferences??
Curio is very different form Laq, and Laq is very different from ROCA Studios, and ROCA Studios is very different from JE Republic, and that is very different from the other 100s of good skins shops out there.
My personal favourites, mostly -not- the overused tanned/oiled skins found a billion other shops and used by a billion avatars (except Laq, because it's the only one that's high quality enough to catch my eye), which may or may not apply to you, are:
- Subaru
- ROCA Studios
- D-Skin
- Color
- JE Republic
- Laq
