Make no mistake, it was a surreal and creepy encounter. Before SL I never used to lock my front door (and I live in London) but now I do. It wasn't me honest  Well obviously that is creepy, as i said, when I meet up its arranged before hand, if they said no way then I would respect their privacy. |

It wasn't me honest Well obviously that is creepy, as i said, when I meet up its arranged before hand, if they said no way then I would respect their privacy. and yet I still do munch meeting and greeting from other internet sites I frequent and always think it would be nice to organise a little sl get together in a bar while the weather is nice. I keep looking at that area that has the meeting up threads here and realise that most people don't want to do it.. A shame as I think it would be an interesting afternoon. Dunno if I trust you scary internet people enough to make it after dark though and obviously most people don't want to step out from behind the computer. Which I can understand for obvious reasons. _____________________

Why is age so important? If you talk to me inworld, I'll answer the typical "where are you from" questions with a vague geographic location, but I won't divulge my real name, my age, my shoe size, or any of my nefarious plans for taking over the world until I know you a little better. I don't even divulge this stuff in real life to people I've just met.
All you need to know about me is I love music, I DJ inworld, I have an Xstreet addiction, and I don't tolerate a lot of B.S. _____________________

It isn't always about safety it can be just as much about privacy, comfort level, and/or imagination. security means different things to different people... so I include all of those =) (PS not sure what you meant by public or private personal info - 'public private info' is an oxymoron, imo. I think you misread my intent... personal information (information relating to the person) can be publicly available or not, but repeating the stuff that isn't publicly available is Definitely against TOS. ps sorry for the slow response time, hope that one nit wit hasn't put you off of helping people, but might I suggest that you limit larger amounts to buying +T items and giving them that? it cuts down on scammers burning you out from helping people _____________________

A Fake transaction history, with a fake region name, and face recipient simply serves to further the cause that you are a complete and utter idiot. Just adding that I sent 1492L, which is what she originally asked for, before I noticed the behavior. I imagine a few others than those mentioned here sent her money, too. I didn't get an acknowledgement that she received it or a thank you....gave plenty of opportunities for her to come up with one....instead she said that I owe her an apology....not sure what for. Just wanted to be clear that you are WASTING precious RL time responding to this individual, or letting her get you riled up. Not worth it. |
