Given that dissection was widely (though not quite universally) proscribed by the church until well after Leonardo's lifetime, and his own studies were no doubt performed in a hurry and with a lookout... it's not surprising if he got it wrong.

My guess it that they've been with someone who liked it, then exposed to tons of media that assumes everyone likes it. (I think we all pick up bad habits that way.)

If they would just test the waters a bit first, they'd stay out of a lot of trouble. Try a very light spank and see if the reaction is; Oooh!, Owwww! or WTH?!?!
