i cook mine on the broiler pan in the oven now. no mess and YUM! crispy, salty goodness dipped in ketchup. :D
The only way is on a Foreman's Grill, tasty and no guilt either.

This sounds like a perfect meal, not just a dessert! You said the magic word. A friend and I (am I too old to say "girlfriend"? It feels so high school) are both trying to learn the art of cheesemaking. So far, we have done more "research" than cheesemaking, but what we have made has turned out pretty good! Except for a few notable disasters, that is. It's a great hobby. If I ever make enough dough to quit my day job, I wouldn't mind a little sheep farm and cheesemaking operation somewhere.

As for the 25,000 dessert - if I had plenty of money to burn, I would probably take my date to an ice cream shop, buy dessert, and then donate the remaining $24,993.00 to a worthwhile cause. Unfortunately, $25k is a LOT more money than I can afford to drop on anything right now.

I think you are right, it is a phenom and one I am happily part on like so many others :)

I think that all things in life have a positive for some and negative side for others. Eating utensils have the potential to kill and yet we would not be without them. We should not throw out the good because it has the potential for harm, as in all things it is the people who use them that are reponsible for whether they turn out good or bad.


I wouldn't eat utensils! :)

Yes you are right, Trout has created a wonderful thing here and given a lot of people a lot of pleasure. All power to him, he deserves to be held in the highest regard for his genius!

I have a friend who has allergy issues every year. Her voice gets scratchy and she sounds EXACTLY like Peppermint Patty. I make her say "Hi Chuck" all the time. :D

Absolutely. Certification in itself is not enough, it needs to be coupled with something else.
