Moist heat and massage. If you can't get to a masseuse, can you get to a "Relax the Back" store? I bought a great product at one called the Backnobber, it allows you to massage pressure points in your OWN back, great for the sort of painful crick you describe. I bought it years ago, they still carry it. A quick google reveals it's now the "Backnobber II", and is available online everywhere. It looks big, but disassembles quickly down into nothing. Good luck! . On the other hand, batteries aren't always necessary...  _____________________

No wonder. It is a total anti UK video. I am blown away she would post it.  i got sent the lyrics to another version of a famous song. It basically was stereotyping people in the area I live....except I know so many people who are so like the song, I couldn't help but laugh at it... ...i really should have been offended, but I couldn't help it lol. _____________________

I did it, I sent my pics to trout, and a notecard telling him to post my rating in here... so now we wait... can not believe I did it LOL maybe I am actually getting past some of my prudishness I had mine all ready with a notecard a few weeks ago, but haven't had the guts to send them.
