From: LittleMe Jewell /me pets the kitty. There, there - the overall gist of the thread was that *most* of the so-called neko tails look more like horse tails. Not *all*, but *most*, and if you look around, the comment is justified as there really are not that many creators that apparently can make a decent long-haired kitty tail like yours. *mews* (you very brave to approach a kitty with ears back, teeth bared, claws extended, tail fluffed, back arched, hissing and growling) *mews, licks paw causally as if had not been hissing just a moment ago* From: someone Apparently some designers have never actually looked at a cat. There's a comic strip I like reading every once in a while called Bucky. The comic artist was a lawyer that didn't want to be a lawyer anymore. Comic has male adult human, male doggie, and male kitty. The kitty is insane, fanged. Comic strip artist had not housed a kitty before starting the strip, but later acquired a kitty. Bucky is quite cat-like. *giggles, mews*

From: LittleMe Jewell Have had to do so with my own kitties a time or two to calm them. /me nods Sometimes you have to reach out, let them claw your arm, sink their teeth into you hand and hold them them while you grab the skin behind their neck. Talk gentle, let them know they are safe and slowly ease the jaws apart so you cab get your hand free. Most people will just try to kick them away but I think patience and a firm, caring hand goes a long way.

From: LittleMe Jewell I'll offer this up for breakfast: BaconeThe Bacone, as the name suggests, consists of a cone made out of bacon, filled with scrambled eggs and country gravy, and topped with a biscuit. Created for a bacon-themed cooking competition, this breakfast dish may elicit cheers from some. Ohhhh. /me wants this....a lot a lot a lot.

*the above comment is related to a different thread on this here forums. *growls in sympathy, then purrs when seeing your lovely fluffy kitty tail*

Clover and I just finished the haunted house at Sn@tch. It is called Nightmare Eden. It is fantastic. fan-freakin-tastic, actually. It starts at: Snatch City (61, 37, 29) You really need to go if you get a chance. [ETA] If you have Emerald, be sure and make sure Disallow LLMapDestination is not checked. And here's a better link to the start. http://slurl.com/secondlife/Snatch%20City/60/38/29

From: LittleMe Jewell From another thread: This Friday, another Cartel outing to check out Lindal's class. Note that this is NOT a griefing event. While some of us might offer up a bit of friendly ribbing, we will not be going there to completely disrupt the class and we most definitely do not want to actually run off the newbs attending. For those that have never attended one of Lindal's classes, you'll find that she does a very entertaining and informative job of it.
And for those that do not even know what I am talking about -- Lindal teaches a weekly class titled "Sex and Relationships in Second Life". oooh...last time was so much fun. We're way overdue. I think it was about this time last year. eta: guess it's being postponed?

From: Joshooah Lovenkraft I was glancing through my feed reader and came across this freebie blog posting: http://freebietelegraph.wordpress.com/2009/10/21/ready-for-the-freebies-go/ The thing on her head are identified as "horns". Those aren't horns! We all know those to be the sawed off antlers of poor Rudolph painted with garish colours and decorated with blingy bobbles. Surreptitious Christmas Creep is starting! I think we need a new AR category for such things. My neighbour had his blinds open the other day and I glanced in as I was walking by and noticed he had a Christmas tree up already. He's really old so he may never have taken it down from last year as it looked kinda dead. In fact I haven't seen him in a while so I might need to check to see he's actually alive lol. LOL, Josh. Yes...those are definitely antlers!!!!! waaaaaaa...it isn't even Halloween yet.....

From: Malia Writer Are Bentham Manor and Bentham Forest separate places? I visited Bentham Forest and it was just that... a spooky forest, rather beautiful as shown in Laurin's pics. I think they are two different places....
