Ahem...I seem to recall *someone* on September 23rd saying she was posting one final vanity pic....:p (/327/85/252954/3679.html#post2573173/327/85/252954/3679.html#post2573173)

But I'm awfully glad you reneged on that. :) Love those pics. You look yummy.

Autumn...I love the season.

hehe...I live on a tropical island. No color-changing trees here! I end up swathing the house in autumn finery.

Love said it the other day...I'm really bad at qutting things. :o Besides I want post 100K and also 25K when this place shuts down

Nice outfit, Brenda.

Do you folks feel it's okay to dress for fall? I don't think I could bundle my human avatar up yet with scarves, sweaters, or coats, though I have tried shopping a little for them. It's still in the upper 70's in Tennessee.

I saw plenty of leaves on the ground today. I'd say its about time to dress for Autumn, afterall, if you use the excuse of 'it's always 5pm somewhere', its has to work for seasons too.

Others can dress for fall or winter all they want, but seldom do I in SL. I like warm weather clothing and hate being bundled up in winter wear. If I go ice skating or out for a snow ball fight, I'll dress appropriately, but otherwise I am sticking to my normal dress.

A few people were just saying in group chat that they were having rezzing issues.

I visited Cee and Litta's ranch. For its final day they are having an open house. They are taking folks and doggies on elephant rides.

Though they are a little high contrast because I forgot to change the WindLight settings, I took some pics.

Here Cee expertly navigates the elephant through the expensive automobiles without hardly denting them at all. I was more concerned about how many legs this elephant has however.

(I know - my alt has a horse that does this. It's part of the animation.)

I'm with you, Lil. One of the things I like about SL is that I can wear summer clothes and never feel cold.

Had lots of fun playing with Soen's toys. Balloon, cage thingie that I batted off the hook and pushed around like a hamster ball . . .

(I was too active runninag around pushing things, and the things around me were too active to get good pictures)

G'mornin an G'night, Threaderpeoples! I hope everybuggy had a super-fantastic weekend!

Mine was good, with a whole lot more Burning Life building to go!

Here's a sneak peek at my camp again: one of the signs at the entrance:

And here's a peek at the camp's "surrey," based on the RL surrey bicycle used at the 2009 Burning Man's "KidsVille" camp. It's one of my big influences for my camp:

and jes cuz, a piccie of me an Johnny at th' camp, jes talkin an plannin stuff. We sooo shoulda been out of the sun an stuff:

Not all my time was spent at th' camp, though. I did take a moment or two to do a couple kinda vanity portrait piccies of m'self, jes cuz. Here's one that came out purty good, I think:

And this one, which was my more pensive piccie, as I try t'figgure out the answer to something that's been a trouble f'r a couple months:

Not much else t'report this weekend, jes plannin an buildin' f'r Burny Life! Have a super week, all!
