This will freak out the menfolk, but poor on a drop of blackcurrant concentrate if you can get your hands on it. It's nice :)

We were at an Irish bar recently and saw that on the drink menu. Freaks me out too. This girl likes her Guinness straight up :)

Oh, and by the way, Rio and Seven - your excommunication notices from the Non-Existent Clique will be arriving by PM shortly.

Pep (You shouldn't quote me!)

PS Oh - was this #88888? Lucky me!

I'll quote you all I want.:p Though I wont anymore cause I do not want people to be unhappy in the thread. But not because some clique is telling me to do so.

I play an educational "trick" at dinner parties when there are feminists around. I ask everyone at the table to put both hands up in the air, then to get ready to do whatever I tell them to *immediately*. I then say "Left hand on table!" The men present just do it.

Pep (The women look like they are playing the piano with both hands; works every time!)

/me sighs......Why? Why must people do stuff like this.?

I'm tired. I think I'll just beat the rush and move on out ahead of closing day. I'll be across the street or in the blog if anyone needs me.

HAH! Yeah, right.

Ok, Pep. I have both hands in the air. Go ahead and call out.

We'll soon see if this "trick" has any experimental validity!

Well, Pep! I'd like to point out that

1. I was a young and inexperienced driver

2. it was dark and poorly lit. The road was in the middle of a wood - a reservation, in fact

3. the blue lamp was unlabeled

4. a male my age (at that time) could as easily have done the same

5. it (and the responses) got me 88888

"Have to be"? LMAO! If you spent the rest of your life trying you wouldn't get an invite to the sort of dinner parties I attend.

Pep (Thank goodness. It would be so embarrassing watching you try to work out which knife, fork or spoon to use - or maybe your hands?)
