Okay. Once I was driving with two friends over the mountains and it was snowing. The car was all out of windshield washer fluid, and all the salt from the road was turning the windshield white. When we finally saw a gas station, we pulled off and I ran in to find some fluid for the windshield.

They didn't have any, but they did have ammonia. So I bought it and ran back out. My two friends were sitting in the car with the engine running. I told them what I got and one said, "Don't put that stuff in the reservoir, just pour it over the windshield." Then she rolled up her window.

I poured it evenly and liberally across the windscreen. My friends inside the car started waving at me and making all sorts of hand gestures. I figured they were trying to show me spots I missed, so I'd pour some over where they seemed to be waving. Pretty soon the bottle was empty, and I held it up to show them and went off to throw it away.

When I got in the car, my eyes snapped wide open. The car was like a huge smelling salts capsule. All the ammonia smell had come in through the vents. It was too cold to open the windows and let it out.

Turns out my friends were waving at me to stop.

We were crying and laughing the rest of the way home, and shouting, "Woo whee!" which is what you say when your organ of smell is overpowered.

Skeet shooting... is it cruel to the skeets? Or just good back yard fun for the family?

Two neko or not too neko?

I have thought about becoming a neko at times. But I just think Nekos are cute and not so much that I want to be one. So I change my mind and chase Clover around instead.

Did anyone ever take a air conditioner apart, and get the metal pipe that had the sodium in it for tempature control? That was fun dropping it in the school pool. Was also good for a 2 day vacation. :)

FUN!

Before the forum police show up, should we go back to every old but open thread and necropost it? Shall we raise from the dead every topic that hasn't been locked?

Even more fun lol. I want to see the reactions to this :p

Well, afterward, we had this conversation - we had been really tired before the ammonia, but...

From: someone

Me: We should remember this, because next time we're on a long trip and it's hard to stay awake, we could...

Friend: Oh, yeah! That's a GREAT idea! You know what else is a great idea? Reminding me to never go on a long car trip with YOU again!

I now have to go outside in the dark and bring in the dry clothes and put out the wet clothes from the washer.
I have to walk in the dark over snails and slugs, walk through bug infested grass, and mess with the washing line which is usually covered in spiders......which I can't see. So I will be swatting at my imagination thinking I'm covered in bugs for the rest of the night.
I will come in,. thoroughly shaken, fold the clothes after checking every inch for insect life, and then jump straight into the bath, after throwing my clothes straight into washer.

And this is all because mum is too ecoconcious to buy a tumble drier and one time I found a rather large spider had made a web in my hair without me noticing while I had been wandering around outside in the dark doing the washing thing and hadn't checked for bugs before sitting down for the evening.

Feel sorry for me :(

I could just get all Mistress Domme on and say her name is whatever I say it is but then I would have to re-script all the doors every time my fingers slip up.

Sour cream gets moldy when it goes bad. If you see mold (any mold at all), it's time to chuck it.

Also, if it opens the door and asks for its own Alt, it is bad...
