I keep hearing they've been moving the talendars around too. Everyone has been complaining it's very hard. One of the blogs specifically said don't bother making any cheat sheets since the store owners have been instructed to move the darn things periodically

I'll help you too if you want.

I should point out that I haven't actually looked at any of the treasures, so I don't even know if this is worth the time. I found the Falln Christmas hunt to have been a complete waste of time. Kept one thing, which is seasonal.

LOL, I just had a frustating (for both of us) conversation with the girl (Gor, remember) who put the hunt together. I'm not sure she's all there. LOL

Anyway, it turns out there are 38 stops.

Tis 6:30 pm my time and I'm just now really looking at the forums and logging in. Spent the morning doing house cleaning, laundry, finances, AND BOOKING OUR NEXT VACATION

We decided to use a timeshare exchange and some of our accumulated miles and we booked a trip to the Canary Islands for May -- grand total for logding and airfare is $550, leaving plenty in the budget for just fun spending while we are there.

Me - a haircut (nothing drastic, more like a trim) and then overseeing some furniture moving. Two 19-year olds are undertaking to move my china hutch/cabinet from one room to another. This should prove to be an interesting afternoon.

I do understand the point of a Hunt- it is supposed to draw people to your store so that hopefully they will shop. Well u know..if I associate your store with headache and frustration- I am not coming back!!!

Actually I just found out that my mother was a tad confused -- her not being techie at all means I should have questioned her more. The son provides the email domain and that is all. Their actual internet is DSL thru their phone company, so she is safe from family prying eyes - I did tell her how to ensure chat/im logging also.

I crashed hard and then continued crashing hard every time I tried to teleport shortly after the one you were at. That took about an hour or at least seemed that way. Eventaully gave up and went to bed. So I haven't found anything after the second #4. Wait. There was that one in Nautilus City. Found that one also.

What's worse, you have to find the current prize before you can go to the next store. So the harder it is, the less traffic the further along the hunt one goes. And it's all f'ed up at 13, as far as I can tell.

One of the difficulties of the hunt is that some of the flowers are incredibly small, and when I say "incredibly" I mean just that.

Some people were standing near a rock in one store saying, "It's near the [insert foreign word here]" (it was in German, so I couldn't tell what the noun was)

... so I zoomed in on the area and cammed around and soon spotted this itsy bitsy flower.

I don't know how on earth they found it.

The store was frickin' huge, too.

Still a few things to add and all that, but they're small details; it's very close to done. Most of the initial building was done all alone on a platform 3000 in the air on a private sim; it's only recently that I've started showing it around.

I guess maybe one more week before it's completely done.

Well u know..if I associate your store with headache and frustration- I am not coming back!!! What's worse, you have to find the current prize before you can go to the next store. So the harder it is, the less traffic the further along the hunt one goes. And it's all f'ed up at 13, as far as I can tell. _____________________

I'm not sure she's all there. Join date: 16 Sep 2008 Posts: 659	01-10-2009 18:42 One of the difficulties of the hunt is that some of the flowers are incredibly small, and when I say "incredibly" I mean just that. Some people were standing near a rock in one store saying, "It's near the [insert foreign word here]" (it was in German, so I couldn't tell what the noun was) ... so I zoomed in on the area and cammed around and soon spotted this itsy bitsy flower. I don't know how on earth they found it. The store was frickin' huge, too.
