And my one (hah) comment about the upcoming elections.
I cannot TELL you how HAPPY I was to be out of the country for a week, so I did not have to listen to all the election advertising. But, lol, since I do like to chat (bet you hadn't noticed), EVERY cab driver I chatted with asked about it. Every.single.one.

From: Pserendipity Daniels Well Mo - you were actually here when the US dollar was at its best against the pound forever just about. If THAT wasn't an excuse, ahem, reason to shop, what is? Pep (Did you get the Spurs shirt?) Oh believe me, everywhere I went, I took FULL advantage of the dollar's strength against the pound. Yes, I did get the Spurs shirt...lol, if I'd just looked to the right, down the street from Fortnum & Mason, I would have seen Lillywhites. (and what a madhouse that place was on Sunday!!!) Guess I wasn't thinking too clearly after tea...

From: 3Ring Binder i wish it would go a few extra days. there's no way to find them all in one day. I haven't even been able to start that one yet Stupid things coming and going so quickly. Like all those expos, hair, shoes, gowns, skin, jewelry; SL birthday parties, burning life, etc. They are just too bloody quick. I'd boycot them to show my disapproval of their shortness, but since they are so bloody short how the . . . feck would it matter? Too fecking short so I miss them, which would be the fecking same if I boycotted them. And this new one? Started yesterday or today? Goes to Sunday? What the feck?

From: HoneyBear Lilliehook Exactly what was *in* that tea Mo? It was effect of the cocktail sundae rather than the Orange Pekoe probably. Pep (Sharing is fun!)

Ask someone online (me even, if it's later) for a cheatsheet.

I have a notecard with all of the landmarks in it. (Not exactly where things are hidden, just landmarks to the general area) If you haven't gotten it by the time I'm on later, I can send it to you. *IF* you promise to stop trying to eat me! My poor ears will never be quite the same!

I would be interested in people's opinions, positive or not. Skullduggery, 2008 This art piece was started a while ago, it was originally intended to be displayed at Brooklyn Is Watching. Friends kindly let me use their quite barren sim, so I have produced a larger installation than was first planned. Nearly all the objects and textures have been made by myself. This was not intended to be a Halloween set, it just so happened to fit the theme, but don't expect pumkins and ghosts. I have tried to go the psychological scary route. To 'get' what the piece is all about, one as to forget about the detail, stand back and look at the whole picture. Look in the bowl for the photograph by Philippe Halsman after a drawing by Dalí of a human skull consisting of seven naked women's bodies. Then turn around and look at the pictures on the wall, don't zoom in, walk up to them and then you can zoom in to the lower right-hand picture and hopefully you should see what I have attempted to do here. Points - : Midnight is preferrable for the first look : Turn off streaming music and video (imo the piece is best view with the minimal sound set for the piece). : The entrance is code activated, 3 numbers, it's the same number so clicking one number can open it. : Some objects can be interacted with, touch sound, drawers etc. To see the work please use this SLurl http://slurl.com/secondlife/Roots/190/124/26Dekka Raymaker PS you can pick up a freebie Voodoo Doll here, 3 versions, hold, shoulder sit and on a stand, as well as other freebie items from the build itself.

Except a moderator actually applying a rule and then getting grief over it to such extent that it gets overturned. Pep (Support your staff, right or . . . misguided?)

They have now decided that some residents are abusing the light usage these forums were intended for, are causing problems for the rest, so before they now implement the 'new' forum they will blog and allow us to discuss whether posts per day should be capped or if we are willing to pay-per-post.
