From: Max Herzog I appear, people in the EST region are motivated to leave almost immediately. Fortunately, I am thick-skinned and choose not to take offence, instead, I celebrate the fact I perform a vital social service for the more bleary-eyed among you. I have a strong recollection that I heard you state that you had to leave to go to work before I said I had to leave. I was tired, though.

From: Maureen Boccaccio For the record, I concur. What is this, a tag team? It's lies, all of it. Lies, I tell you.

My spots don't change. I do take them off occasionally (it is SL, after all), but they're always the same when I put them back on.

~Now Trout Re-Re-Re-Certified!~ From: someone I am bumping you to an 8.5 on the Official Trout Measuring Instrument of Sluttiness. You are an enigma - on the one hand a sweet, gentle, intelligent woman who we would like to wrap up in our arms and protect, and on the other, a temptress to whom we would like to do all sorts of unmentionable things.
Congratulations and shame on you! You are a bit of a slut.

Hmm...my stripes don't change...perhaps I'd need spots.
I have been known, however to change my mind, change lanes, change brands, change the filter in the fish tank, make change, and I've been changed...
Change is good...helps give the ADD something to do.

From: Isabeau Imako Welcome to the forums, Maureen! You don't really ever need to be nude. Just right click on an item you wish to wear in your inventory, and choose 'wear' from the drop down. It will replace the same type of item (ex. Pants) instantly. Or, you can 'wear' a jacket (layer), then take off your shirt, etc. You can also go down to the bottom of the ocean if you want a little privacy. That is if lag doesn't decide to drop in while you're changing. Then you're in your birthday suit.

If I'm not experiencing lag (so changing clothes would be instantaneous for me), if someone close were to be experiencing lag, would they see me nakies?

Just recall any occasion when you entered a new area. Say, teleporting into the Forum Cartel (I was going to say "Greenies" or something, but I know you have been to the hangout) - as you arrive people pop up on your screen, sometimes everyone just pops on fully rezzed, sometimes they are grey and then fully rezzed, sometimes missing images and then fully rezzed. An alarmingly amount of the time, though, you arrive and people slowly rez, with one layer at a time - it will be fuzzy, but a little more than you want to see will be fuzzily visible (this actually occurs less than 10% of the time, but that is still an alarming percantage). The people there might have no lag what-so-ever. All see themselves normally. They see you, probably for a little tiny bit, as grey, and then see you fully rezzed. You, though . . . see above.

Thanx for clearing that up for me. People usually appear fairly quickly for me, fully dressed. A few times, (big stores, etc) avs will be grey for a moment then, poof!, they're fully rezzed. I will now change out of everyones view.
