Wonderful. Starting in March Disney will establish copyright over characters from a book published in 1865. I.e.; Lindens are too stupid to understand these concepts so they will be taking down every instance of Alice, Mad Hatter, etc. that they can find.

but obvious they couldn't since I'm quite sure that the following Alice (and related related characters) are also featured here:
they could pursue a tact based on relation to their specific interpretation of how those characters look, but LL isn't likely to support that unless the item claims to actually BE that official representation.
