I like that the photos on the front page are much less of a freak show (and big ups to KL - I see Straylight in one of them!)
The employment and Tao pages are an embarassment. Count the number of times "cool" is used, versus how most of us perceive how well the service is doing. The Tao page is utopian and a bit misguided for a project on such a large stage. The key phrase is "At Linden Lab, you are expected to choose your own work, you have to decide how you can best move the company forward." ... no, what is needed are a couple of key managers that show leadership by dictating priorities (if that's what it takes), and communicating well inside the company And To The Residents.

Now that the Support links are functional again, I have to say that there's been a big improvement to that page as well...you no longer have to scroll down to locate the Support Portal login. I don't know what motivated them to set it up that way in the first place, but I'm glad they were bright enough to (eventually) fix it.
