Does anyone remember the Torley VidTut, when he showed what happens when he logs on - the rush of messages. It's not that extreme for me - but Torley's is similar to the volume of messages a SL business owner gets when they login. Someone like Des is almost certainly on maximum all the time. I do everything I can to help people as quickly as I can - asking for a little patience, since we all have to cope with the ups and downs of SL, is not much.

I don't know - I don't have any happy customers. I have no idea what I would say to one. Probably, "Don't be so happy!" Actually, I don't have any angry customers either. Business is a little slow...  I can imagine how crazy it must be for Lindens or major business people/land barons like Desmond. They must be buried beyond repair every time they log in.
