the E/everyone, W/we Y/you and such are BDSM terms to refer to both Dominants and submissives at once, as submissives are not refferred to with a capital letter while Dominants are. Okay that's taking things a bit far. Don't do that. Also, don't resell freebies. _____________________

Thats a bad thing to do in general.. its harassing a culture essentially. Frowned upon most places  besides, Goreans, and BDSM in general is all actually consensual in SL. Impossible to force someone into it in a virtual world. Sometimes they will try to force you to follow their rules (Like the aforementioned references to people) but if you don't they generally won't do anything unless they're stupid. It was just the little devil on my shoulder speaking out of frustration with SL being down. I don't really mess with people except in fun when we both know we're joking around.  |

I absolutely HATE that. Some places have stuff for sale for L$50 or whatever, and the same thing is Free at one of the many freebie places. Where do people get off, trying to cheat the unwary? i confronted a texture shop owner because they were selling the AF_ textures (In your library) to flesh out their texture sets that were selling for 300+ L$. I had every texture there from library or freebies.. I hate that guy, and he said people stole them from HIM! _____________________

Quite often they don't see it as spreading the ripoff around, but getting back at "the system". there seems to be some kind of block in their thinking that keeps them from seeing that all those other avatars have people behind them too. |

DONT get mad at a RL ex in SL without explaining to the people around you first. They tend to think you are mad at them.
DONT spend hours building a mall/house/store unless you have the faintest idea what you are doing. My first store took 4 days to build, 5 minutes to demolish as it looked like some sorta wonky, seamy mess, and 10 minutes for a more experienced builder to rebuild. DONT take on too many jobs, if you wanna be a dancer/host/dj or anything else, take 2/3 jobs with a maximum of 3/4 shifts per week, or you'll never have time to do anything else DONT panic when your inventory disappears, its usually SL and not some vendetta against you. AND ITS HALF 2, TIME FOR ANOTHER "GIVE US ANOTHER HOUR WE SCREWED UP AGAIN" MESSAGE |

DONT expect LL to keep you updated with whats going on in a plain english, on time or even common sense way.
DONT spend 6 hours trying to log in when you could be washing the dishes in RL and LL have made it clear that the grid is offline DONT forget to take your ibuprofen so your frozen shoulder starts hurting again because you spent 6 hours trying to log in and not moving it. DONT sit there typing DONTs instead of taking said medication |
