Hmm.. Both female, both have green eyes, red hair and freckles. Same general skin tone, except I think I'm paler, due to the fact that I'm pretty much attached to my computer. Raudf-avatar's build is better than mine and she's taller. Basically she's a younger version of me, sans the glasses I have in RL. Do I think I'm sexier? Nope, she's got me beat in aces!

Looks to be, though my av tends to look different ages depending on her hairstyle, but either way, younger than my chronological age.

Oh most definitely. I think I got the facial shape similar, but the body is way better. I've no desire to look less than perfect when its easily possible to look the way you want in SL.

Close... both of us are pale, but Deme's has a bit rosier complexion

Sometimes. Mine are brown but Deme wears a shade of black, sometimes brown, not counting special effects eyes for certain looks.

-Hair

Deme's is way better. In RL, mine is fine, can't do a thing with it. Deme can wear the long straight look, an updo, long flowing waves, whatever. I do find myself sticking to the same hair colors that I have worn in RL. I'm naturally brunette but I've tried black and auburn. Deme usually sticks with black and occasionally that deep red color. Even in SL I can not bring myself to feel comfortable wearing blonde hair.

Close enough. I'm Caucasion with a touch of Native American and some Canadian French ancestry. But Deme is a vampire.

Hmmm... difficult question. Define sexy. If its thoughts, emotions, attitude then its close, though with a better body and hotter appearance, I'd say I feel freer to express this with Deme without being self conscious. But even in SL, I'm still a little shy/reserved til I get t know someone. If you're referring to physical aspects only, then Deme wins the prize over the RL me. She's got hotter clothes and better appearance.

-Pet Peeve

Skin and shape makers that all insist on making those cupie doll pursed lips. I much prefer the Sophia Loren type lips so I don't buy shapes and I searched for skins that were compatible to that look until I found one I liked. (thank you Max & Skin Deep)

The one alt that I have where I tried to actually make her look "just like me"... I found I had very little interest in playing as that alt. The likeness was quite good. Too good, perhaps.

I'de rather look at a furry, with a pretty tail swishing elegantly behind her as she walks.

My AV looks pretty much like me, more in shape, and with a bit less gravity pulling on her. I have the face pretty close, and the skin tone almost right. When I first started SL I tried to be a pale skinned blond, I thought it would be fun to look very different from myself. Instead, I found it rather upsetting, like looking the mirror and seeing a stranger. So I hunted around until I found a shape that had a face similar to mine, then when I finally got a mod version of that shape, altered the face and figure to match mine as close as I could, minus a bit of gravity.. *laughs*

Hmmm, I would have to say I am sexier in RL. For me at least, being sexy is subtle, and it is hard to express subtleties in SL. I wear way sexier clothing in SL than I ever would in RL, but that is part of the fun.

She's certainly more fashionable. I went through a period of self examination about this, as I mostly slop about in RL, almost never wear makeup, and buy my clothes from the local second hand shops. And yet, here I was, stepping up in line to buy crinolines, with Lord Help Me lace. I suddenly realized my RL dislike for fashion had to do with a disdain for 20th century fashion, cheapness (er, frugality) and an innate laziness (I try to gain as much sleep as possible), more than any level of moral superiority over the fashion slaves. Still, failing a RL AO, I seriously doubt I will ever have her level of poise.


The one BIG difference: hair. I love SL hair. In SL, I have long, bouncy curls that never tangle. RL: mousy brown, cut once a year, shove in a braid, hope it doesn't embarrass me when down. But again, in SL, it is a little matter of right click and away one goes....

I started out with a sort of cute pixie redhead chick......then as I got into making shapes I decided to re-create myself. So....yeah...my avitar looks like me.....to the best of my abilities in edit. Blond, blue/gray eyes... thin (ok, I'm skinny at this point, so my AV seems to be slightly better toned than I am, hehe)
My bf actually stood behind me and helped as I edited her....It's a bit eerie seeing myself walking around in cyber.....but now that I've done it... I find it hard to deviate from 'myself'. I don't like to mislead.....RP or no RP.... It's kind of cool just being me.
