Is lots odd and funny things that people do in SL and having the right attitude I think helps everyone.

I was messing about with stuff on my genteel PG parcel (my home before last) just down the road from a helpy place, half a sim away from a WA, and a sim over from a very popular adult garden when who should magically appear out of thin air but a well-endowed upstanding gentleman in all in his nekkid glory =)

Hi he said. Hi urself I reply. Hows ur day he asked. Fine and u? I reply. And he said he was having a fine day as well. I mention that the garden he probably looking for was 100m to his right and about 250m behind him. Oh no he said thats not my thing at all. Today he said is my naked day, Once a week I get naked and use my map and find lonely looking dots who may want some company, Some comforting even. Double-click on the map next to them and voila.

Hows that working out for you out I asked, and he reply sometimes great and other times not so good, I get shot at alot he said and he grin. What like now I said and proceeded to shoot the chit out of him until he was dead and gone. He IM me and said Yeah like that and we both laugh. I suggest maybe he would get shot a whole lot less if he check the sim rating by hovering his mouse over the sim before he Map TP and he say thanks ever so much he never knew that and he really needs to take some time to learn more about these kinds of things.

I said Ya that maybe be a good idea and you welcome =) We say bye and part on friendly terms and I never hear from him again. Maybe is because he dont want to get shot by me again or maybe is because he now far to busy bringing comfort to people in all the right places. I like to think is the second reason and I think is true as he was very polite and courteous. Quite charming really in a nekkid kinda way =)

People are often more than willing to care for each others sensitivities and tastes if given the chance to, I find.

Many of us have stores that just sell PG content. Happy Birthday & Rez Day party supplies, cakes, flowers, gifts, cards etc. There are garden centers, pre-fab stores..I can think of many content creators that do not sell adult items.

There is no chance that I can get moved to the Ursula (or whatever it's named).

So......are PG content creators/store owners to be ostrized now?

Indeed, but if everyone was like that, there would be no reason for adult content rules to exist in the first place.

In fact, I find that there is no reason for them to exist at all, but now they do, and if you think nobody will exploit rules to grief just like they exploit all other means of griefing, I have a bridge to sell to you.

I want to be able to ban age-verified adults from my plot.

There is already a feature to enable/disable search for PG in the latest 1.23 viewer code. This is in fact the only thing that makes sense. And it is contrary to what the Lindens posted in Jira. Misleading and false information that such feature can not be implemented in 1.23.

It's not a serious request; it's part of a tantrum. LL hurt our feelings by marginalizing our kinky preferences, so now it's only fair that they marginalize everyone else, too. So, we're going to pout and demand attention until they either do this new (pointless) thing to prove they still love us, or until they change their mind and apologize to us.

I think it is a serious request and a good idea. I always shop for skins in a mature sim, so that I can try the demo on nude. It would save me time if I could set the search to filter out PG places.

Not on my land access choices... the two choices are Block residents who have not given payment info to Linden Lab and Block residents who are not age verified adults. They removed the choice to Block verified adults/accounts.

I completely support that, it is just so simple to implement a filtering mechanism for PG too as all the code is already in the viewer. And it would really help all of us not to possibly receive an AR (or worse) for incidentally TP'ing into a PG / teen area wearing an outfit (or worse again) that is not suitable.
