Whats the best way 2 deal with greifers? (mainly homophobic people, and people wearing megaprims etc) AR's dont seem to do anything

The best tools are the land powers such as freeze, eject, ban. If they are harassing you verbally or with text mute them on both. If they are trying to shoot or orbit you, sit on a prim until they go away.

Ignore them and mind your business. If you are doing anything in SL that you see as important, you will find a way to make their presence ineffetcive.

Yeh thanks, this issue gets dark, its been running 2 months and its a group from Midian City, i am still getting IM's, and when i finally tracked down and harrased a linden for an hour just 2 get a respons he told me that i have been sending AR's about myself, despite the fact it mentions Midian City in most of them and i have allways put the greifers name. Asset server maybe? but yeh there seems to be a darn lot of em, and there all "Midian City" in there groups and major rollplayers. i cant get em 2 leave me alone, i crashed the sim the other week cus i thought that since homophobia and verbal assult is allowed in SL that crashing sims were aswell, i was wrong & got a 3 day ban. came back on & its happening more than ever. Not 2 sure who 2 tell other than 2 take it further and to the courts wich i dont want to do cus i like SL (the freindly side anyway) and have freinds who can back me up on all this. we are all discusted by LL's approach to this. _____________________

And if you're clicking yourself to AR I think that it defaults to ARing you.. or whatever you click on... |

If you crashed Midian purposely then you are nothing but a griefer yourself and should have your account banned, not just suspended for 3 days.
As for the "homophobia" in Midian, I have been in Midian for a long time and know lots of gays there, and have never seen anything like you try to make everyone believe. Several of the gays I know there are in the catwalkers...the ones you say are the 'bad people'. |

here is the thing your spamming forums you post want ads in the want ads forums where people go to read them you dont personally attack sims, sim owners or other residents on these forums and start threads on them I suspect this thread is a thinly vailed thread regarding a past incident camoflaged because of past history otherwise the answer to your problem is -ban them boot them and ignore them - but reading what cropped up in this thread is appears its an old issue which in actual fact has no business being here at all because of the fact that it is a personal issue between two people and not our business, but you want to cause issues and scream from the rooftops. Please be my guest however I think you will find that line your stepping over with regards to your posting habits is going to get you into trouble in the near future. it also looks to me anyhow like you dont think rules apply to you or you would simply post the proper posts in the proper sections and have your hate spats elsewhere and not here where technically they are not allowed. _____________________
