Some quick notes before I post the first day's results:
- I mistakenly added Asri Falcone in the Established category, though she's actually a touch younger than 6 months. I talked to Asri, however, and she's agreed to stay in Established category-- if you vote for her, vote for her as such. - I'm swamped with some personal projects, so the next time I tally up IM votes and post them here will probably not be until the weekend, or even Monday. If someone wants to volunteer to keep track of the votes received in this topic until then, and post the daily running tally here, send me an IM. (Obviously, you cannot be a nominee to tally votes.) - This is important, to preempt any future confusion: all votes from a resident MUST be registered in a single post or IM. Up to 3 votes for Established designers, and up to 2 votes for Up-and-Coming designers. Once that many or less are cast via post or IM, the resident's voting rights are up. From this point forward, I'll only accept the first IM or post from a resident, and disqualify any votes thrown in later from the same resident. Sadly this is going to be nothing more than a popularity contest IMO  As is most every other contest in SL. I vote for Tipsy Titan, Cailyn Miller, and Torrid Midnight as Established Designers, and Starley Thereian as an Up and Coming Designer. |

I vote for Kimmera Madison, Jennyfur Peregrine, and Palomma Casanova as established designers, and CherryBomb Hare and dragonfly Olsen as up-and-coming designers.
BTW, for some reason Kimmera is showing in both categories on the original list... so while technically she may have been in SL for less than 6 months, her clothing design experience goes back at least as far as 1999, designing clothing/avatars in Activeworlds, and then continuing with designs in There.
