You left out the part about how at SLU, once you are banned, the admin does not lock the thread and let's everyone call that person names until he feels like locking it.

I think the problem at SLU is not the admin, but the Lieutenant that thinks he runs the place...and obviously does. You can't have cows running a farm...it just doesn't work. And you can't have Lieutenants running the Pentagon...that's not a good idea.

In your initial post at SLU you basically said "you all suck" and when people took issue with that you got increasingly ugly. The forum owner is not obligated to give you a platform for your bile. You are always free to find an audience elsewhere. To try to derail Cristiano's thread as if you were "blowing the lid off" something--well, it's tasteless and a bit like an investigative journalist who writes her column in crayon--untrustworthy.

Srsly ppl, the fact that Crystal was banned is a SELLING POINT for SLU.

Combined with her activities here Cris really did everyone a favor. She's a nasty individual and one I'm glad I don't have to deal with.

SLU is the first forum I have ever really felt welcomed in and a part of. Within a day or two of posting, FlipperPA who I have always looked up to as a huge SLebrity was sharing music with me. Everyone was just nice to me in a way I have never seen in the official forums. Here, it feels like everyone (including me) is on a mission to beat each other down and belittle each other. Every thread feels like a battle to one up the next guy until the res mod comes in without warning and locks you.
At SLU, the only reason it may feel like a clique is because theres fewer posters so people tend to remember each other and get to know each other quickly. But what people calling it a clique fail to realize, is that within a few days of posting there Your welcomed in with open arms to that clique unless You pull a Crystal and come in talking down to everyone. Honestly if You walked up to group of people in a bar, called them a names and made rude homophobic remarks, would You expect a nice reaction?
Another great thing about SLU.. Unlike here the bans and locks are very VERY very rare and Cristiano gives a fair warning to everyone before he does. Generally several warnings, so if You get banned You really had it coming and were given every chance to make it right before You were. He also listens to everyones concerns and issues and changes the forum any way he can to suit the posters and make them all happy. Whens the last time You had a complaint or suggestion here at the official forums and received and immediate response if any at all? For example some people didn't care for the fact that you could only have 150 private messages. Cristiano listened to peoples needs and raised it to 1000.

I think the people here who are talking down about SLU have not given it a good try or are just bitter because they did really nasty things and were banned. SLU is filled with smart funny kind welcoming members, and When You talk badly and dishonestly about it I feel like Your pissing in my home and I don't like it.

Cristiano! HELP!!! it's been like this since Saturday

SLU is A-OK.

Cris had to flick a temporary tool on because SLU was getting hit with comment spam. It unfortunately tends to mess with some internet connections and is responsible for the javascript/Safari errors I believe. The tool is off now so you guys should be good to go.

Cristiano, you are going to have to make a new thread, this one has been poisoned.

This is one big private discussion. Cristiano, Sensual & Crystal, the SL Forums are not the venue for private disputes. Joshua, you know better. You may be able to get away with this crap elsewhere but not here.
