SLU Is where I call home these days (despite the distinct lack of Aimee images in the header.) Cris works hard to provide a friendly environment by hitting the "sweet spot" of not-too-much, not-too-little moderation and the results are really good!

IMO, a very clique-ish board. It is run by someone who is not even an admin and just another place where free speech is not welcome. Banned from SLU for having my own thoughts. It is ok for 'some' people there to have an opinion. You will be ok so long as you don't voice any conflicting opinion against certain people like the admins clique. If you do, you will most likely be called a troll and banned. At least here, Strife doesn't have his own "Super Clique". Everyone is treated the same here. We may not have animated ghosts, cool looking time-wastig games, or zippy looking graphics, but we know that our information (ip address, email, and other account info) is safe and won't be "accidentally" passed to someone else. |
