Jeska, why is this allowed to continue? I would imagine not wanting to be overbearing in censorship would be part of it. As much as it pains me, I agree with Prokofy in that sentiment - if you run to the Lindens because someone called you a bitch, an asshole, etc..., that is just sad. I am sure in this case there was more, since I can't imagine them suspending someone for calling someone a bitch, though I suppose nothing surprises me anymore. _____________________

I have called some people in the forums things but never once in world have I called anyone a name nor harrassed them...in real life I dont waste my time name calling ...people tell me I have a very intimidating look that takes care of any problems I should have. Harrassment is the issue not the word bitch.... No one asks to be harrassed and that is obviously the issue here you just refuse to believe it. Talen I am curious how calling someone a name here versus in world is any more tolerable? What is the distinction? _____________________

Stomry you don't know me so don't say anything about me if can barely pronounce my name or know what it means. So I would really apreciate it if you wouldn't talk your stuff about me in forums when you dont even know me. And NO you have never dealt with me I don't even know who you are. If we had a conflict im sure I would remember it conflits don't get forgotten so easily. No Mex, there's no mistaking you for someone else. At the time I was playing my main character, Fem Daguerre, and Stormy was just my alt. Since then I've switched up because I liked Stormy's name better, which is another topic. Anyhow, you left a bunch of scripted objects scattered all over my mall. I deleted them and neg rated you in one cateory, behavior (for leaving your trash on my property... lots of it) which I am perfectly within rights to do. Your immediate response was "bitch, why you neg me??" I explained why. It lead to nothing more than alot more of your immature attacking and flaming, and that was followed by being neg rated by you and every alt and friend within your reach. I reported you but nothing could be done because it's not against tos to neg rate people and I failed to capture and include the IM's you sent me. I thought the gang banging of neg rates I received was harrassment enough and the only thing really trackable. I am not very accustomed to effectively reporting abuse in a way to gets things done since I am so rarely faced with someone who needs discipline as much as you do. I signed on Stormy and neg rated each of you and your alts/friends that were still standing near my mall chatting, and that was the end of it. You may recall a few weeks ago, the day the economical patch went in and ratings went up to $L25 per, I went to Mexicantown and removed the negs from each person I could find.... I know both you and Brianna Thorn got negs removed, and a message telling you I removed them. I thought perhaps it being the day the prices increased would in itself be a nice gesture. I thought maybe there might be a nice guy in there somewhere and I'd get as much as a "hey thanks  " but no such thing. Oh well, no biggie.Remember now?  Love, "Stomry" |

Stormy I remember the incident. But the removal of the neg rates I dont. Dont hold it agenst me if I had gotten a message saying that you took my negs off I would have taken yours off. But I didnt. And if they are still off when I get my account back I will take them off both your accounts. Oh well, no biggie.If the vendors in MexicanTown did not hear a peep out of Mex before or even after he sold the sim without any warning, it's not shocking that he didn't bother to thank you. I had always had a good, though limited experience with him, until the point where he just sold off a sim without any warning. It was certainly his to sell, but a professional person would at least have the courtesy to inform the vendors what was going on. Thankfully it worked out well, as Blue Burke is an incredible sim owner - but the experience did leave a bad impression - and this thread does little to dispel that. _____________________

calling someone a bitch breaks at least 2 of the "Big 6" community standards. mature or pg doesn't even come into it. if you were in a mature sim and said "editting is a bitch" then cool. if you say "you're a bitch" anywhere than according to the rules you deserve what you got.

Maybe it's just me, but if I "had a fight with scripted objects" which ended up scattered over 2 sims all over everyone else's property, I'd not only expect some negs from them, but I'd be embarrassed. Well actually I wouldn't even do that to begin with because of the fact it'd spread litter on others' property, but maybe that's just the difference between us. I certainly wouldn't respond with "Bitch" knowing full well I'd littered everyone's property in the surrounding sims. You owned a sim with a mall, but ever try owning one in a public sim and clean up trash everyday? Autoreturn doesn't make tenants happy because they don't want to have to be in your group to rent a stall. Your huge scripted garbage was actually covering stalls, beating the sides of the mall... it was large and everywhere. I negged you in one category which was no big deal and perfectly suiting. I woke up everyday to garbage on the property but yours took the cake. Your reaction was abusive and stunning to say the least. You deserve whatever you've gotten. If anyone is to be felt sorry for, it's the poor girl who was stupid enough to deal with you long enough to have this issue which lead to your suspension.
