Hm, at times, with one av look I don, with ice wings, which contains a dagger with a glimmer at its end, and horns, plus I do wear a few accents of glimmering dots I suppose one could call it , as well as hm..an anklet I think..or two.. though I still don't think I've got quite the 'bling' going I've seen some have. Also a good friend of mine has a glimmering choker, but that's about all the bling she wears, and I don't see it as bad.
What mainly can kill things is the prim count my 'demoness' look can take up, and therefore I don't always wear it ,and I am perfectly willing to take it off, like I've done in crowded places. In places like that, too many prims and the like, particle effects, is just bloody annoying.
Why I wear any sort of glow..which my halo has at times... well, I'm an angel.. angels have bit of glow going on, or so I think. I'm not out to look 'hoochie'.. such a quaint word, nor do I think I do. Then again ,as they say.. beauty or being called tasteless is all in the eye of the beholder.

Yes, it has particles flying around it. Entirely annoying, and no doubt some example of my stupidity and immaturity. I'll save myself the insults by underscoring the obvious about the very tacky 'Palace chat' looking forum icon. <rolls tongue in her cheek> <Grins> I was just waiting for someone to point out the icon. Well..I haven't seen you for some time Silent, but the few times I did you certainly looked the part of an angel. I see a future feature request in the making... A "No Outside Particles"-type land option to go along with "No Build" and "No Outside Scripts." Owners would be happy because their particles would remain intact, but there would be no poofing, no bling-bling, no sparklers...

Just to add on a scripting perspective... (yes I'm lame)... But I was at the Sami Telehub scripting a particle system... 1 particle every second for 5 secs... so I had no more then 5 particles on at once. Anyways, I kepted not seeing my particles (my setting are 4096 particles) and I was like.. wtf is wrong... checkign the script and eveything... about every 15 minutes this would happen. So I was like... WTF is going on, as I look up from my creation I get BLINDED! BLING SCRIPT! I was like... omg... this is sucking all of my particles! 4096 OF THEM! So whoever made this... doesn't know how to script for beans!
Not blingy enough... ADD MORE PARTICLES! So ya.. that's my story! _____________________
