i guess what bothers me most is bigjohn is arguing basically against himself, and what he said on the other site. its kinda pointless to say somethin an then deny ya said it later... when its sittin right there for everyone to see

One thing did not know he met half year ago and other thing group only been closed to newb's about 3 to 4 months I think I could be wrong may be almost 5 not sure.

To summarize, BigJohn was in the big house for selling drugs while you were conjugating verbs.

And in fact, he won't hesitate to threaten you because he's been in jail.

I don't care if you were in jail since you were a child... there are such things as remedial english classes. The fact that BJ is functionally illiterate and yet still commands a veritable army of followers on SL, a mostly text-based communication tool is amazing. It's a cult of personality.

If BJ left SL tomorrow (let us hope), Club ELITE would collapse.

No cris that is not the summry.. Not everyonne was bless with the benefit of a good education. John grew up in an area and a situacion where he wasn't given that. What john was saying is that he had to go to a school that was full of drug dealers and the education was bad... not that he was a drug dealer himself. You know what really saddens me about all of you? John is here trying to defend himself from attacks over his club and you guys turn around and attack his grammar and way of speaking. John is a very smart person. He may not write as well as some of you but that does not make him stupid. In fact he does many amazing things despite his education.. I have a college education and i often turn to john for help in computers among other things. I have been with john for over 8 months now and i have yet to see anything that he can't do.
There are a lot of brilliant people out there who do not write well. I am on ok writer but i suck at math does that make me stupid?
Please people i am begging you stop with the personal attacks... its just childish. If you want to argue your point fine, but to attack someone for somehting they can't help is mean. And if you guys are so much smarter you would have figure this out.

No lordfly Club Elite will not collapse bc i will be here, and my other supporters will be here too. Club Elite will go on regardless. Maybe you should look into remedial classes on how to treat people or how to debate. worth looking into.

BJ has stated on more than one occasion that he dealt drugs, and went to jail for doing so. Why are you always an apologist for this man when he opens his mouth and contradicts all that you say? He has also bragged about being in jail. You don't get to use it as a poor me excuse. Have I ever claimed he was stupid? No. His actions, fuck yeah. He is one of the stupidest acting people I have ever met in my life. The sad part is that most of the way he speaks is an affectation to perpetuate his street cred act. It's amusing at best.

Well, maybe my response comes as a shock. I don't know. But let me run this down the way I feel it is in my mind. First off, the dwell awards *are* a competition. So it does not surprise me that people would find various ways to "game" the system. That is now though. And with our responses about it, if LL disagrees with the "cheats", they *will* fix the system. Right now, competions are a huge way to provide entertainment for SL. LL is so busy with Tech crap right now, that I seriously believe content is truely in our hands. Phillip has already stated that they are trying to find other ways to reward those in world.

Honestly right now, LL is trying to help SL thrive. And yes it sucks in some areas for the artists, builders, event creators, mentors, and so many more but I honestly believe that a middle ground is being sought. Do NOT stop bringing up threads like these. Hell, I was raised to question authority. It is a good thing and keeps the creators on their toes. Right now, LL is faced with people yelling at them to fix this or that bug, do this or that feature, kill this or that current item. I seriously think LL had NO IDEA how popular SL was going to become. The fact that it is 18+ should have clued them that they were going to fill a void. But still. I think their heart is in the right place. There are people screaming for new items, while at the same time people screaming for nothing new till all old stuff is fixed. I personally say scream away. LL needs to hear this stuff.

My true belief is that SL will one day mimic the RL world. Before you moan that though, think of what our RL has to offer. We may work our jobs to pay our bills, eat, and have a home of sorts. But what is it that the human being lives for? We live for love, for art, for music, for the imagination and where it will take us. The dollars earned in SL are a means to an end. There is no reason the two cannot exist in one world. But it *will* take us, as well as Linden Lab to see this come to pass. They can no more do this without us, than we can do it without them.

Ok. Sorry Maxx, I know this was not a thread about what is wrong with the current system per say. But the gaming of it DOES go along with the current system. When the current system is fixed, the gaming of it will go along with that. I personally I agree with you that the tactics are morally/socially wrong if not "game" wrong.

Lordfly knows where he is speaking of, as he was attacked by BigJohn, and in fact BJ was banned for it for several days for making threats. Don't try to rewrite history, and don't stand in judgement of Lordfly when you associate yourself with someone who has treated so many people poorly. It is rather hypocritical, Ana, and it blows the mind honestly.

Edit - one more thing. What he said about Elite collapsing without BJ is not an insult. Club Elite is very much BigJohn's vision, it has been forever, he is the one who has driven so hard on it. Your contributions to it are great, but assisting someone else in their vision is not the same as having it be your own vision naturally. It was his goal to achieve what he has with Club Elite, and as I have said MANY TIMES he has achieved it. I just don't know how much more praise you people need.

Cris you fail to write the whole story of that day here.. I have pics and logs if you need a reminder. Lordfly posted giant signs just outside our property insulting john and the way he talks. Then sat on the sign and antagonized the whole thing. What person would not blow up over that. I consider myself a rational person but i was on the verge of it too. Funny how the signs were on YOUR property... I see through all the stuff you pull cris. you guys thrive on making john so angry that he blows up and then turning him in for it. Its a sick little game really and THAT blows me away.

After he came to club to set me up with chat logs and knowing i would get pissed and say something yeah chris I remember that good and so does alot of ppl that was there that day and how many stand up for me and saying who started it all.

See again, any time someone makes a comment, they are just spreading lies. The main problem with your argument, BJ, is that too many people are involved and were witness to these things. It is typical narcissistic personality disorder behavior to blame all your problems on other people, God knows you have done nothing wrong.
