This is kind of lame
The forum moderation that is referenced in that sticky is obtuse.
In transitive terms, if I am referred to as an acronym, let's call it "DIC", and someone writes thousands of words a day, every day, attacking the DIC, I am being PERSONALLY ATTACKED.
pandastrong = DIC,
thousands of words a day attacking the DIC,
therefore, thousands of words a day attacking pandastrong.
If you want to be that literal about personal attacks, Pathfinder, then do you suggest we create an acronym of our own? Some kind of euphemism for a group of people, even if it is just 2 of them? Is it ok to write forum novellas attacking them on a daily basis then?

Panda that is a PROFOUNDLY good point. I am not even sure how we got to the point where attacking groups became acceptable.
Telling Panda he is a jerk, and telling Marcos he is a jerk is against TOS. But saying that Panda and Marcos are part of the P&M group, and that the P&M group are a bunch of jerks is OK? _____________________

We have always encouraged ALL feedback about ANYTHING to do with SL. The website or SL itself. Say something sucks, or a feature is broken, or that a client update is lousy...that's fine. Start focusing on people with personal attacks...or attacks on groups of people.....that's not fine. _____________________
