From: Usagi Musashi Whats the purpose of this? people are still going abuse the system anyways. My thought on the purpose starting at 0 is its consistent with reseting the system - new amount to rate is $75, so let's count from the beginning of the new system and thrwo out the $1 rate numbers. _/_/_/
