Hiro, you are correct. The figure we track for calculating the number of awards to give does not include all of Premiums who own 512 meters or less. Sorry for the mistake.

Thank you for clearing that up! In that case, I gave you a bunch of math for alternate ways you could determine the winners, in case you want to explore fine-tuning it.
