 ok was just in game all was fine but then i tried to TP somewhere got stuck so relogged came back on fine got stuck again relogged now i keep getting LogIn Failed when i try to sign on anyone else having this same problem? I rebooted PC etc still no luck ....here we go again |

Same here. I went to buy something and it didn't charge me money or give me any items when i paid the vendor so I logged out. Now it just says "Login Failed" when I try to get back in

I think they are taking the grid AND the Web site down:
System Update We are currently performing routine system maintenance. The Second Life grid and portions of the Second Life web site are currently unavailable. Good going SL, yet again no telling us before doing something, just relogged and got slammed this in my face, would i relog if i had a clue you shut it down, um no, my build is kinda hanging mid air, and it will go boom in a few hours..

Ditto on that one guys and gals... Couldn't TP home so I tried to RELOG... Now... Login Failed... Come on.. This is straight crap and almost EVERY SINGLE DAY... What kind of service is that... Ohh well... I'm ready to give up on SL... I spend almost 100 a month on SL for fun... But if I can't get on... What is my money doing...

Yup. Was building, and suddenly my textures wouldnt load in my inventory. Tried reloggin to fix the problem and BOOM!!

Boycot the spam farms and the ads on them. Ban the spamers from your land. Look for the clocktower network for a blacklist to put on you land that is grid wide.

This is stupid. I was in the sandbox area, and I was lagging really bad - so I thought maybe a fresh reboot would do the trick. Always does! Silly me, SL is once again at this. How f*cking lame. I'm about ready to cancel my account.....

Same here, except I wasn't buying anything, or TPing, I just got booted. HARD. I rebooted my PC twice, and I still get the same error message: login failed. That's a new one for me; usually it's sugar-coated.
I suppose this is a sign from the Almighty Lindens that I need to try that whole sleeping thing...But don't they usually say something like "Alright, everybody out of the pool" before they take the game down? I would have liked a warning of some sort, instead of just crashing to desktop... Ah well. I'll try again tomorrow. _____________________

Dragon Steele : SL never inform anyone about their changes or updates , i doubt this was planned, but offcourse we wont know till forever as usual.
None here said SL sucks, why you think we want to log in , but they have a wierd habit of doing things and hope it works, wich usually leads to "cant log in" and other wierdness. |

Because graphicly wise and avatar-customizibility-wise this game is above all others. If the LL people would just leave it the heck alone so we could enjoy it, then it'd be nice.
My only time i get free, off work to enjoy SL is the weekend, i pray that who ever stupid person at LL that screwed this up FIXES IT BY THE WEEKEND! Last time this happened we needed a stupid update patch and had to wait 5 days for it. WHY do we need to UPDATE something that worked perfectly FINE before you screwed with it! This doesn't make sense guys and we're not this stupid! LEAVE IT ALONE! |
