Just curious, i'm a new user to Second Life and am an avid gun owner in reallife, personally I appreciate the guns I own currently in second life due to the detail and superior scripting but lately i've noticed a few gun shops have been hostile towards me as for some reason I was part of a group that wasn't well liked. After some research on the group apparently they are known to produce badly made guns and I myself had never shopped there but took a look after Godfather Guns urged me to leave due to being part of the group, I was shocked with some of the weapons such as the Desert Eagle which represented some sort of space gun according to them and they wanted 1200 L$

I normally do my shopping at Welttechnologien as they have some very good weapons there, bought my suit and a new gun the day it was released which was a SIG 552 made by Anthony Lehane which seems to be an impressive gun, the other one I bought was a S.C.A. Galil which I enjoy in reallife as a firearm as well and it seems ok.

I've stumbled across a few freebie guns which looked ok but were scripted bad. I guess my question is where exactly can I find well made guns, is there certain gunshops that specialize in guns similar to Welttechnologien? I really like them due to the fact barely anythings generic but seems like most the items I find are generic or just badly scripted. Thanks

The only really good accurate gun company I've seen thus far in SL is Welttechnologien. I agree that Carducci's sells gangster wannabe crap from what I've seen there.

I'm a gun nut IRL as well and I'd like to see more accurate quality guns in SL.

For guns that are made to look damn good try Fizzworks. Old school cowboys and indians weapons.

Apparently Carducci was upset over my post and summoned me to have a "talk" with me. I may have never bought any of his items but the advertisements alone I have been able to see, 1200 L$ for a desert eagle that looks like a nerf gun is false advertising in my opinion. I buy all my guns from both places, also if you go to the armory overstock be sure to check out thos kickass dual wield pistols that come different colours, there really good and there worth the high price tag!

But you cant say "Colettes Bubble Stuff Gun shop makes guns that dont shoot good bubbles and they are over priced too , and she was mean to me when I complained, and so one"

Im always careful when I praise the quality of a store to try to mention theres a lot of other good quality stores out there.

Dont know anything about gun stores by the way, lol - in my 17 months in SL I have never owned a weapon beyond a snowball thrower.

Look I'm not attacking your products specifically, I've been banned from a few gun shops for being part of your group and didn't even know you sold guns. I had a bunch of people telling me what I was buying was a ripoff and to buy stuff from your store, however why sell a TEC9 or a Desert Eagle when they look nothing like the object? It would be like me trying to sell an Orange and calling it an Apple, it doesn't make sense. I don't attack people over race and i'm simply asking about quality guns as Second Life seems to be filled with a lot of guns that were simply copied or sold with newbie scripts. I don't see how that's advertising.

Competition: not the mafia way . Don't work hard because the guy down the street is working hard at the same thing, work hard because your life, your honor, your health and your family's health depend on it.

YUH very much a freebie resaler!! BTW I use wither Carlos INC. or Novum, have some of the "other" guns from else were but I end up going back to my Novum Baikal shotty or my Ar-3 plat.'s.

no wait i'm sorry. I'm not saying everything they sell at AO is a freebie somewhere else, but some of it I do know is (I've checked) I would just check around and be careful. Though personally that is why I wouldn't give that person my business. But not about to hijack this thread, you can read about the owner of that place all over these forums, my apologies, i'm out. No, just buy the L$1 boxes of weapons, there are different boxes grouped by date. You'll find many of the weapons mentioned here in those boxes, you just have to sort through the collection.

Well they're not lying around. What Clubside said. You buy a box of like 70 items called weapons and look through them.
