I like the new features but I would like to not lose expensive purchases as happened last night; I would like to see which of my friends are online; I'd like to be able to send a postcard to snapzilla; I'd like to be able to leave group IMs FFS!

Quoted for emphasis. I too would love to be able to just leave group IMs, as some of them are one person asks a question, I don't know the answer, but others are responding and explaining. This would be fine, except, I'm trying to look at something tiny, moving it very slowly in build mode and well, you get the picture. Working friends list would be cool too.

Is it like some kind of rule that after every update people have to come here and make lists of things that don't work *for them* and bitch and whine. It does get tiresome. I am making a pledge to not bother reading or responding to these types of threads anymore. Bye.

Things are very lindened this time.
You people don't use the good words and are allways unhappy after an update. For example:
- things are not broken: things are being investigated and fixed soon.
- teleport is not down: the lindens help you keeping tp ressources low
- login is not slow: the lindens make a lot of security checks to ensure a safe SL.
etc... etc...


I guess the next improvment in SL will be something like "random prim reshaping and resizing"

I totally agree sensual. I'd also like to know when the Forgotten Password system decided to go belly up and why no blog post was made about it (And why their isn't billing on call to handle password changes till it is)

Course that'd require LL to care about customer support so that probably wont happen

Well, at least friends list in world works again That made me very happy.

It doesn't... not completely... sometimes friends will come online, and won't appear online until you message them, or they can log off and still appear online until you message them.
So your "working" friends list is not reliable =/

Hmmm I haven't had that issue but I do notice the friends online from the web doesn't work for me - it says it's been disabled temporarily.

The Blog is very poor on admitting problems. The knock on effect is that when they blog about sculpties and voice then people are filling those blogs with regards to poor performance.

At least if they had a blog where people could comment about the problems then the blogs about sculpties and voice would receive more constructive feedback.

I am having serious lag issues up in the sky @ 500m, thats terrible! My vendors are not even working and i am losing business. And I'd really appreciate it, if people would STOP BEING SO DAMNED RUDE WHEN THEY HAVE AN ISSUE WORTH MENTIONING.

I haven't been able to stay logged in for more than 10 minutes for the last few days. It's tiresome and annoying that you can't do just the basic things like... logging in.

Of course, I'm not going to get into TPs not working, friends list not working, group IMs not working, AFK bug, etc. lest somebody gets annoyed with my bitching and whining. I should just be thankful that I can log in... for 10 minutes.

Yep im having the same problem. I have tried on 3 different computers that i have in my house. I even had my husband log in as him, and everything worked fine for him, but logging in as me after him, i still have the same problem.
I cant teleport anywhere, Drag anything out of my inventory to open it or anything!!!

I was online last night and everything was fine, worked fantastic. But for some reason everything is screwed up tonight!

I to have spend a lot of money on this and its beyond a joke when you cant even use it right!! You dont buy something to only have it work every once in a while.

So how long do i have to wait for it to be fixed????

i lost 2 AO's full of animations (worth a couple thousands of lindens). could rezz them out. but could not take them back into inventory. they were "frozen" out in sl.. but disappeared if i tp-ed away and came back.

sigh.

and now i keep getting a pop up saying, "cant load chosen gesture" when im not even trying to use one!!

I have just opened a shop and cant do anything with it as nothing works. I hope this is sorted and fast!!

I hope i dont loose any of my inventory things, i have spent a lot of money on them.
