Done. Should people IM you about each one, or would you like to list some that you have released as Freebie so spare yourself a free IMs?

IM is probably best, I don't know I can recall every animation :) I'm used to it :)

Hi Chaz,

Can you please add my name to the list?

Right now my animations are exclusively for the furniture in our store and are only authorized for use in creations made by myself or my partner Cheewha Palen. IF I ever decide to sell my animations they will only be for sale under license and never as freebies.

Many thanks!

Please add my name to the 'never' section. I've only ever sold them in my own furniture, and don't intend any other way of selling them. Thank you.

Has anyone found an answer on the Sine Wave stuff that's circulating the the freebie and resale space (caramel and lime jelly in particular are everywhere)? Might be asking the wrong reps there, but no answer came in from IMs about those.

They upload stuff under more than one avatar, so some kind of blanket thing from Sine Wave might help. Lime Jelly should list Easy Babcock, Longranger Roeth for Caramel.

I haven't checked the perms, but I know that Sine Wave's....We Love you Girl is also being distributed as a Thank you Gift....or that is what was told to me when I was given a copy by a friend. I will try to check it when I get home later.

Sine Wave is very hard to check. I've never heard back from then on anything; they are an RL company so SL correspondence to them might just fall between the gaps.

Not sure about a "blanket" thing for Sine Wave, as people would need actual creator names to check easily against on the creator name of the animation. We need to make it real easy for them, I would think.

If there's one freebie and we have a creator name for it, I can footnote it as the one freebie.

A year back I came across Caramel in what looked like a pretty shady back-alley operation, and asked Sine Wave about it. The answer I got was that it was *not* intended as freebie and should never have been released as full-perm, however that happened. (I *think* the one circulating is actually an earlier test version, and not the fully tweaked, final one, but I am not sure.)

Just checked the one I was given. This one says weloveyou-girl; creator Easy Babcock...acquired 5/22/08..it is no mod, but is copy, trans. There was not card or package with what I received. Anyone else out there get this dance from Sine Wave? Anyone know how it was original packaged and distributed?

The "weloveyou" animations (boy and girl) were celebration giveaways: http://www.sinewavecompany.com/weloveyou
(Showing their geeky side by having a 512-days "anniversary";).

I bought Caramel at Sine Wave island on May 8th, 2007
The creator is given as Longranger Roeth
It is (no modify)(no copy)

So I could sell it as a one-off in a back alley for L$10 if I wanted

I have a couple of hundred poses that I sell as Transfer Only.

The only full perm poses/animations I have ever sold were custom poses made specifically for a client, and I have made only a few of those.

Actually, does anybody know where I can get a legitimate copy of the freebie Sine Wave dances hipster and lime jelly? I've only ever found people reselling them, and I'll be damned if I'm paying someone 100L for sticking a free dance inside a poseball.

The price was actually pretty much on par, and yes, you can certainly resell your copy however you want.
But it was not so much the back alley or price as the fact that there were full-perm animations from various creators inside some of the custom poseballs which made me suspicious.

I don't give or sell copy/transfer animations to the general public. If you find them in a freebie or BIAB, that use is not authorized.

I do sell copy/trans animations to builders who have signed a license agreement and been approved. These people are not authorized to resell my animations as a stand-alone (which means they must must be built into furniture), sell them with copy/transfer enabled, or give them away as freebies.
