From: Tracy Welles Unless you folks are one of the following:
1) Investigator 2) Attorney
I would say that nothing you have mentioned would be in the realm of law or guidance counsel established within the United States of America.
Whether cases are pronounced or not is of little consequence. The cases "of value" do hold value in the court system. Linden allows fraud. Period. This is not acceptable behavior for any company doing business within the states.
No matter the ideas or perception involved in such a large scale issue, the answers are always drawn by the public and the end users of such said service.
These issues and more are an onging investigation by more than a few, and will continue until Linden produces evidence of the contrary.
Thank you, Tracy Welles Are you cutting and pasting this from a 'sue it yourself' webpage by any chance?

From: Tracy Welles This would be against their business model and terms of service. Don't count on it.
This thead serves as more than a constructive outlet to Linden Labs. No matter the perception.
Thank you, Tracy Welles WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT???!!!!! *I'm sorry. I couldn't hold it in* PS If I am last..I'll take the 50 and match it and send it to Relay for Life.

From: Deandra Watts 1 I'd stay on topic if doing so didn't put me at risk of being banned from the forums along with you for naming names and ranting. (Both against the rules, FYI). While it may be against Lindens forum rules, it is a serious matter and needs attention. Other avenues of contact have also been included. This is a mere representation of a flawed system that reproduces no benefit in communication with the end user. From: someone 2 The response in the form of assistance via a forum poster that you probably shouldn't be giving out information about your "case" as well as a pasted snippet of the ToS were summarily ignored. No TOS was ignored. The law is fully aware that the TOS of Linden is flawed and not coherent to the laws of the United States of America. From: someone 3 With all of the above in mind, what exactly are we supposed to comment on? Nothing really. This is a legal investigation. What is it you would like to say about it? From: someone And when it is locked, hon, you'll have nobody to blame but yourself. See #1 Ah, I see. Well if this is a case for locking a thread, I would preserve my right to claim this forum less than a democracy. In which case, I will also appeal. Thank you, Tracy Welles

Angel. Heck, even the idea of on-topic seems to have eluded the poor thing entirely. Is there a non-profit organization for people like this? I'd like to donate.

They are too busy messing up the Asset server to bother with this. Catch them on slow day, you might have better results! Like Tuesdays.

Is there a non-profit organization for people like this? I'd like to donate. Now that Dr Kevorkian is out of jail, I hope one will be started soon. I have to log on to go shopping. But I will keep an eye on this thread.

From: Beezle Warburton it organization for people like this? I'd like to donate. Not to put down the great American people, but isn't this indicative of the culture you live in? Im sure I read a few years ago that some woman sued Macdonalds and won because the coffee they served her was hot....what the f*ck did she expect?. So I think the American culture is to blame for breeding such idiots and it casts a shadow on the majority of you who do have common sense.

Mari I am 40 years of age. I've been on the web since it's introduction. And prior to it's introduction in the form of early BBS and communications. I also have a degree in technology. I would assure you that the web in it's right state and in it's infancy was a true democracy. Or at least more of a true democracy as you witness today. I have participated in it's development since that time. I have also lived to see the the dictatorial demise of the web as it becomes ever so increasingly owned by big corporate interests. Which as mentioned, will not be tolerated by those that created it... Thank you, Tracy Welles

Heehee, this is better than when the black helicopters sent by the Trilateral Commission were sent into Furtopia to to set up mass cloning facilities for breeding armies of storm troopers (that were based on cryogenically preserved German SS troops kept in suspended animation in Paraguay after WWII) to start the first wave of invaders to enforce the New World Order, starting with the mass enslavement of the furry population....* /me puts on the tin foil hat to keep the spy satellites from reading his theta brain waves... Ok so really, where do I get the 50L? *My conspiracy theory makes more sense than the OP's
