Two of my basic alts have had the email. It's an "upgrade to premium" promotion - not an existing premium invitation. I have a lot of alts so it looks like they are emailing accounts chunk by chunk.

I'd imagine they'll do this like they did Zindra and you'll have to choose a plot or submit a ticket, so it may be a while before the first batch are settled in.
