The BLOG said the grid was going down for an hour at 10am. Have they changed their mind?

[Updated] Problems with Login and Website
Wednesday, April 25th, 2007 at 1:43 PM PDT by: michaellinden

1:43pm PDT - We’re currently experiencing login issues; our engineers are actively investigating! Updates will appear here.

4:40pm PDT - The update has increased traffic between parts of the system, which has
contributed to the login load and web site issues. We’re working on a two-phased approach to reduce the traffic and to bring additional resources online. - Michael Linden

10pm PDT - We’ve had reports of some problems in Second Life subsequent to the version 1.15.0 update — issues with land transfers, logins, IMs, and the LindEx.

The land transfer problem has been fixed; but to apply the other fixes, we need to shut down Second Life for about an hour, starting at 10am PDT tomorrow morning (Thursday, 26 April). There won’t be a need to download new client software after the Grid comes back up.

Sorry for the inconvenience; the engineers are busy making everything better! - Michael Linden

I was dumb and didnt look before I began working on a few things. I picked it all up but if there is any time of roll back in inventory or otherwise I am going to be majorly ticked. I hope their fixes work and some of the major issues people have been experiencing are repaired. I just wanted to get some work done today :(

Anyone know what the land transfer problem is and if it's likely to require a rollback on land?
I bought the neighbouring piece a couple of hours ago, don't want to lose it now.

10:30am - Alas, due to slow “world shout” messaging, the downtime today will run from 10:30am to 11:30am. Sorry about that! - Michael Linden

That was due to a sim rollback though.
I could lose it if they do a rollback on all land transfers since the update, but I have no idea what the problem was so I don't know if they are likely to rollback all transfers.
I'd like to think they wouldn't, as there's probably thousands of transfers that have gone through today, but it is LL so I wouldn't bet on it :(

What is housework?

You know, retexturing floors and windows, adjusting altitude, building teleporters, maybe some light Terra Forming and turning the steam and bubbles off in your hot tub.
