wow... why do you CARE so much. Is this like on the playground where boys make fun of girls because they like them?  You claimed "extortion" in your thread title and within the body of your original post claimed this "extortion" was done on the part of a Linden. Upon review it turned out it didn't involve a Linden and that there was no extortion. Since then you've referred to people as: dick, asshole, f*ck nut, pencil dick, jack ass and told people to go f*ck themselves all for having the temerity of trying to get a complete set of facts as to why we're getting this unsolicited "warning." When pressed your response is "There are details about this that I do not wish to share because I don't want anyone to get into trouble over it." Based on that what possible reason could anyone have to believe your "warning"? |

His original post wasn't suggesting it was a Linden that did it, he made a mistake and corrected it when it was pointed out. Were your own attitude a little more civil I could sympathise but, to be honest, you're both as bad as each other now. _____________________

The threat can be implied. You can be hurt socially in SL. He abused his relationship to me to get that money off of her. He did not have to come out and say it. This kind of thing happens all the time in the real world, and it can happen in a virtual world as well. He and I are a part of a sim that my GF will be joining. She wanted to keep in good standing with him. He abused this position to get that money. There are details about this that I do not wish to share because I don't want anyone to get into trouble over it. Ok, finally understand what you are saying. Did not initially see this as extortion, but I understand now where you are coming from. She was/is joining a sim, the "friend" has some power there, she wanted to keep in his good graces. Ok I see what you are saying. _____________________

I am a newb, and I met a n00b today while building in a sandbox. Apparently he had an awsome minigun, which by its awsomeness would knock me out of my socks and cause me to pay him 500l. Now I was putting up finishing touchs on my gun I built, which is much better then the one he found in a freebie box. So I told him "look in front of me, I can MAKE my own, why would I wish to BUY one you found?" at which point he wishes to offer me a car instead for 500l and rezzes a funky model T that announces its a free car. |
