...at the minute I am in the role of one of those able deputies supposedly backing my manager up while she has fun in the sun....except I'm the only deputy, and I don't have a clue what I'm doing. And we're woefully understaffed... fun times!  damm. being woefully understaffed means you can't delegate. fake a break in and break and shred stuff. she'll never notice the work not done that way.  _____________________
