Running of The Bulls

In the New Orleans French Quarter this weekend we have our version of the running of the bulls.
The local Female Roller Derby Team will be chasing men through the streets and whacking them with Plastic Baseball Bats. Last year they used plastic noodles but they felt they weren't effective enough. Read more here: http://www.nolabulls.com/ Last years photos   _____________________

Go to Nonna Hedges and take a look at her collection Lindal. Unbelievable in comparison to the junk you get from freebie boxes for instance. I mean, the stuff really sparkles like the real thing. I was given a gift last Xmas of a necklace and earrings and I still wear those almost daily. Diamonds truly are a girls best friend fake in SL or in RL, as long as they look as best as possible _____________________

Expensive clothes, but VERY good quality and worth it. I looked at her jewelry, and at L$1,000 per piece, it was just a little tooooo spendy for me. Maybe if I'd seen a demo version instead of a picture, I'd've had a different take on it. _____________________

CLAIRE! so nice to hear from you!!! When are you getting back? Oryx, thanks for the deadline. Next week was looking pretty tough for me and Amara, and I'm very busy in RL with my houseguest. Speaking of my houseguest, I signed her up on the teen grid. Last night, I heard her really giggling and went to check. She found a stripper pole! I thought the Teen Grid was supposed to be PG. Now I'm a bit worried. Do you think there could be naughty pose balls on the teen grid? I don't want to stare over her shoulder every minute, and she's really enjoying SL, but I also don't want to take the chance she could be exposed to raunchy content. What do you guys think? Back to work for me.... _____________________

/me grouches into the thread after a long and confrontational week, realizes it's Friday and cheers up immediately. Hello everybody!! Yay! I get to sleep in, laze around and play for two whole days!! Plus, I'm loving the new job. Life isn't bad at all right now.
Allegria. I don't know anything about the teen grid. I remember being a teenage boy, though, and I would suggest you watch her pretty closely. How old/mature is she? The younger she is, the closer I would watch. Even if there is no overtly sexual stuff on the teen grid, as everyone knows, the ability to IM makes it impossible to remove all sexual content, and makes for a much more intense experience than just stupid poseballs or stripper poles. She could be saying anything to anyone. _____________________
