Pink Flamingos.. I miss kicking the crap outta those things in The Sims Online. That was some fun frustration relief when dealing with the roomie dramas that ALWAYS came up at some point.

Hello to everyone else. Wow.. so close to the big goal. I am going to try to help as much as I can. Nothing like last minute projects. My wife informs me before she left that to get a prize tonight at a event my six year old has to have 20 books read to her. They are not big books, but still 20 before tonight?!?! Where was this need a week ago when I could have worked up to this?

I have a pure bred Minature Blue Chow, we adopted her from some people that were going to give her to the pound. She is about 12 years old and deaf.

I have a mixed Red Chow (same size as the minature). He is a pound puppy between 14 and 15 years old. He is in pretty good health but moving slowly these days.

I have a female cat grey with black stripes that adopted us when we moved into our house. She is also over 14 years old and blind in one eye.

I have a white Persian / Siamese mix (imagine a long haired Persian colored like a Siamese) with blue eyes. He is only 18 months old. I found out yesterday he has a feline imunity diesease.

You should get those little white disposable masks that help clear the air you breath. Yeah, it may mess with your vanity some but could go a long way to helping you deal with that mess.

I think I'm caught up now, although I'm sure I missed several pages. My laptop decided to shut down Monday night, and it looks like the motherboard is fried. Until last night it was my *only* computer. It's a good laptop, but I think SL ate it. It's only a year and a half old, and I have a 3-year in home service contract, so now I'm just waiting for the Dell technician to get the part and fix it.

In the meantime, I bought a new desktop CPU, which is much better equipped for SL. Of course, all my data files are on the dead laptop, soooo....on the new machine I can surf the internet, chat on MSN, play in the forums, and be in SL; but I can't do any *real* work until I have my data files back. Perfect excuse, eh?

Of course, I do have building to do in SL for a project....I'll have to count that as "work."

An 18-DAY vacation? That is so totally NOT fair.
