brenda I just decided on a price, LOL 225 per dress I will have a fatpack of all colors (red, blue, green, purple, and black, for 1000 (saving 125)

The dresses are mod/copy since that seems to be what ppl like, especially with system skirts incase they need more poof

0-0 at the end of normal time. Croatia score one minute before the end of extra time, to seemingly book their passage into the semi-finals...then precisely 30 seconds later, a dramatic equaliser from the Turks.

So, it's a penalty shootout.... the horror.

I like the way you boil 4 hours of guys running about on a positively enormous field accomplishing nothing other than to get themselves winded into two short posts that are interesting to read.

Score 0-0 after the entire game. "Insanity". Wow, imagine if they had actually scored a few times!!

Actually, I'm giving you a little grief, max, but I do like football/soccer and we don't get great coverage here in the US - at least in my part of the US, so it's good to see your updates. Keep them coming, if there's anyone left to root for.

Books were amazing - movie was pitiful and yet, I watch it every time it comes on. I'm a glutton for punishment I guess (no wonder I'm a deviant ;) )
Are we talking about the movie with Sting? I thought that was pretty good. It's been quite a while since I saw it though. And when I did see it it had been a long time since I'd read the book; that usually makes a movie more palatable.

Since I am the creator of that thread, I will tell you why it was not deleted
because the stupid forums would not let me delete it
when I realized my problem was that firefox needed a restart, and got back to the thread to remove it, I couldn't so I removed the post and just said what you see there now.

The rest, as they say, is history

the thread was never intended to be a big thread, it was never intended to be a little thread, but it happened

and now it has become a nice meeting place, where friends are made, ideas are shared and good times are had. Both tears and laughter, good times and bad, debates and sometimes disagreements, but over all it is just a group of people becoming friends
