Just saw this cool goth-y dress in the Linden Lifestyles blog. Also kinda sci fi-ish; supposedly reminded the blogger of a dress from that movie "Legend". I thought the vamps among us might like it. ...it's at Sirena..

I think this is what the Bene Gesserit wear.

LOL
ok I guess the name is "not a kilt"

(hey the other suggestion was the name of a tea, which... don't tell him, I just might use)

I like the sound of it :)

Or how about doing a French surreal version?

Ce n'est pas un kilt

BTW, I like the dress too Rha and I'd wear it in a heartbeat!

I think this is what the Bene Gesserit wear.

Definitely looks like Legend - Lilly at the end with the devil - like character.

The Bene Gesserit would have shaved their heads- oops- Deviants! "Fear is the Little Death..."

I've never seen the movie... I like the movie I get in my head when i read. Usually, seeing someone else's vision of a beloved book is a complete disappointment. Harry potter is a notable exception.

Re: Harry Potter -- agreed. Most of the movies have been great. A few times I would find myself screeching "hey! that was not what happened in the book!!", but generally the movie adaptations were very good. :)

And Alan Rickman as Snape....the best.

Books were amazing - movie was pitiful and yet, I watch it every time it comes on. I'm a glutton for punishment I guess (no wonder I'm a deviant ;) )

I am bumping you to an 8.5 on the Official Trout Measuring Instrument of Sluttiness. You are an enigma - on the one hand a sweet, gentle, intelligent woman who we would like to wrap up in our arms and protect, and on the other, a temptress to whom we would like to do all sorts of unmentionable things.

Congratulations and shame on you! You are a bit of a slut.

OK, I've taken a deep breath, and have jumped into the undead thread. Someone catch me.

Oh, do I have to read all the previous 1196 pages, or can I just start from here?

Is that the one where the guys pee into their rubber space suits and big monsters that look like giant willies come out of the sand?

We interrupt the coverage of urinating in spacesuits to announce that it is Croatia 0-0 Turkey at half time.

Now, back to damp latex.

When this thread gets to 2012 pages, the forums will come to an end! I read that on the internet so it must be true. :P
