Happy Fourth of July weekend to everyone who has the day off today.

My sincere gratitude and admiration pours out to all our men and women in uniform.

All the Independence Day pictures you all have been posting are delightful. You are all so lovely and talented with the camera!

Personally I am excited about this weekend because tomorrow is the first day of Le Tour de France!!!!! There are so many contenders this year (including four on one team - that should be interesting)... More from me on that soon...

Shaving is sooo old-fashioned. They have this stuff called Nair now.

:D
I swear by waxing. You have to do it 4 or 5 five times a year for a few years and then you never have to do it again.

Sorry for talking SL here, but I didn't want to start a new thread.

Is anyone in world and experiencing unusual lag? I have been doing the extreme rubber band thing with every slight move. I also have a long wait between pressing the arrow key and actually moving. Often one step will send me walking to the horizon, then after a few moments find myself back where I was.

I wonder if this is a heavy load on my local provider, rather than SL. No one else is complaining.

not even inworld myself, but have been running WAY slow today (not even going to attempt SL...). hoping a defrag will help.

then again, i personally seem to be suffering from immense lag as well. anyone know a human defrag program?

I think somebody tried to sell me stolen skins yesterday. I don't know that they're stolen, but everything about it was extremely fishy. Should I forward to Tenshi and run the other way as fast as I can?

It's not just you Weston. I've been inworld all day and am experiencing the same thing, last night also :( It's a little easier when you're on the ground, but flying is near impossible for me. Hope all improves soon...of course, if not, it's just in time for the weekend. Ack...somethings never change, lol.

@ Amara -- I found out that Lemania is going to keep that Fireworks dress marked down to L$100 thru the 4th.

http://slurl.com/secondlife/Lemania/68/104/26

ETA: This will land you near the dress -- turn towards the grassy area.
