From: Weston Graves I have never ever ever touched a gun. Vile, rude, primitive abominations. Also I have way too many photographs of my feet lying around the house . . . Remember, guns don't kill people, Vampires kill people VV @Lula, Seven and Lexxi, wonderful piccies. I especially like the "telling secrets one" with Seven and Mo

I wonder if I dare to build? Will it all be undone when I get back in? I wanted to have the house ready by next weekend.
Maybe I should (gasp) work on some RL artwork and give everything time to settle down.

From: Lexxi Gynoid It depends on the other light, also. Not as bright in some of mine, and brighter in other pictures I took. I switched from night to day at one point during the picture taking. Yeah. I had so much glare on my screen I didn't realize it was night inworld. Probably that's why it was so hard to see. If it wasn't for Maureen's facelight, my pictures would have been way too dark. In fact, the ones of you and me - I was literally shooting in the dark, and they didn't come out well. @ Gabrielle - cool outfit! .

Hair Fair was hell (waaaay too many sculpted prims used in the build). Took me ages to get in, I found the one stall I wanted (eXceSs) fast enough, but it took about 30 minutes to rez. But I have new hair, and lots of it. Yay! The one on the right's the store freebie, for July 4th.

Yay, more rain. Great job picsters. Everyone is their usual awesome selves, but Lula wins the cuteness award for today. Gabi's pic is stunning, and not without it's own sexiness,Seven and Mo make a great pair, Lexxi is ..Lexxi and Skell, the freebie hair is working for you. My favorite out of all of them. Boomer graduated his 2nd round of schooling today, I 'm giving him the summer off, after 16 weeks, It'll be nice to have my Saturday Mornings off. I stopped in the Verizon store today, as my cell phone contract is up soon. The poor guy tried so hard to get me into a more involved deal, I have a bare bones monthly plan with a fairly basic phone. I hardly use it, it mainly stays in the car. He was pulling out all sorts of hi tech stuff, and when he showed me the Blackberry, it was like waving a crucifix in front of a Vampire Arrrghh!! Get it away!!!!!! I'll probably stick with the plan I have, and he gave me a list of phones I can upgrade to for free, but I might just keep the one I have.

That's funny, Brenda.....the other day my phone died so I went to the local store. I told the guy that I just wanted a simple cell phone replacement, and of course they don't make my model anymore. So I had to look for a totally new one.He tried to show me every damn phone in the joint. I'm polite, so I humored him. But then price tags just baffled me.....they were confusing as hell. It was like: price is X after Y rebate plus an additional savings after a C rebate.....but the price could be lower with all those rebates plus x,y,z adjustments to your service contract....arrrrggghhhhhh justgimmeadamnphone!

Yay Rain! And lots of it Coming down in buckets, Noah just beeped as he paddled by. Upsets husband and son no end- no satellite signal! So they are in the kitchen slicing dicing 'maters and peppers /me is curled up cozy with my lappy and a tiny dog on a pillow next to me and a big one on the floor beside my chair. Life is good .

Thanks You know, that's the only one of the three new styles there that I *didn't* buy, because I really wasn't sure about the big knot with the flappy bits at the back. Mind you, rezzing times were so stupid over there, I probably didn't give it enough time to work properly.

Mine stays in my purse almost all the time. I really only have it mostly for emergencies. I have been trying to decide what phone to upgrade to - I have a bunch of freebie choices also. I have been looking at one of the models with a QUERTY keyboard only because I do sometimes spend a bit of time texting back and forth with my kids.

By the way - how long is the Hair Fair? I'm not even sure I am going this year cuz I already have too much hair. If I go though, I always like to wait until the last few days of these things cuz then they are not near as crowded.

They run two weeks and the second week is usually the best time to go.

From: Amaranthim Talon Vanity shot for tonight You guys have seen these neato clockwork wings before- but look at my eyes! Made me a set of matching eyelashes today - That's beautiful. I have no remote idea how you can make tiny stuff like jewelry and eyelashes. Or make aerodynamically improbable wings look so good. The other two pictures remind me ever so slightly of some ninja cyborg characters in the FPS game Half Life (I think that's where I remember them). Those ladies were SCARY, so that outfit would make me a little jumpy. I do like how in the first one with the black outfit the textures haven't come into focus yet, so it looks like the camera is focused only on the subject. A cool effect, nearly impossible to control.

DISCLAIMER: I sell cel phones (by the sea shore) for a living, but I don't get commission so I'm honest. But, I love selling so I'm going to go into salesperson mode for a moment LOL Seriously, check out WM before you go to the corporate stores, free == free there (not free + tax on full retail, ugh) also their free phones are the same ones that corporate stores sell for $80+. For Verizon, if you want a basic phone with good sound, check out the Motorola 755. It's got a rubber surface (no slip, no scratches), camera + mp3 and comes with a decent Motorola bluetooth headset. Best of all, 100% free at WM.
