We did meet very briefly a couple of times.

Once I took a picture of your wondercycle.

Once I saw you on a barstool and said you were iconically beautiful but that I wasn't hitting on you.

One time I asked to see your little city, and the two of us ran around and around, jumping over the buildings and chatting. Remember? I told you your face was very emotional or expressive or something.

And then I dove off the side.

I recall the mini-city visit. Leaping over the buildings. I do not recall the barstool or wondercycle occasions. Though I do recall an occasion like the beautiful but not hitting on situation.

I stopped by the NYC sim Amara mentioned, and went to the WTC Memorial:

It really is beautiful. The builder was there, I chatted with her for a bit. She too lost someone on that day. If you turn on the stream, you can hear the reading of the names from last year's ceremony. I passed, having heard it in person.

Afterward, I wandered a bit, and stopped off in Chinatown for a spot of tea:

And of course, a girl can't go to New York without having some guy trying to show you his wiener:

/me smiles warmly

Thank you, Brenda. Those are wonderful pics, and I'm going to head there first thing tonight. :)

They did indeed. That reminded me of when we all dressed up for Mari's vintage photo shoot in Bay City. :)

Now that looked like a fun day :)

This!!! I want to see!!

And...and...Treasure....I'm sorry if you feel shy around me...lol, I'm usually the one who's tongue-tied. :p

You guys (you ladies, rather) are all so....hmmm, come, word. Sophisticated. So elegant and poised, makes me feel gauche (which I kind of am). Maureen, you were VERY helpful to me the night I came over there for opinion on my facelight situation, I thank you for that. I'm convinced that I view the brightness level differently, because I'm on a laptop for SL. It just doesn't show the brightness/glow that the rest of you see. So I end up not realizing how bad/annoying it really is because I just don't see it. But you were very nice.

NOt to me. To me, nobody's is too bright, that's what I'm saying, I just don't see the brightness/glow like somebody on a desktop pc would. And I did read once, here somewhere that being on a laptop does make a difference in how you see that feature.

And, I REALLY loved your hair that night, and wanted to ask where you got it.

Glad you added "you ladies". My reputation would be slipping if people thought I was sophisticated, elegant or poised. :D

The 3 teacups were especially evocative for me personally. They symbolize the 3 people in my life that were lost that day. An amazing coincidence.
