I should probably label things better. Everything down from the word "Praxis" is in Praxis sim, except for gallery picture.

I never really take pictures in my gallery. All these galleries I've had up and down . ..

We went to the Savoy - neither of us had been there before - and we loved it. I had been to SS Galaxy and the Blue Note - the Blue Note is actually a favorite when I want nice music, small crowd and not necessarily get dressed up.

Bad news is, my brother was hospitalized with respiratory problems on Tuesday. He's going home today, but I'm really worried about him. They did a pulmonary biopsy, so I'll be holding my breath til he gets the results, which may be as long as next Thursday. :(
You and he are in thoughts.

In my neighborhood is this lady who goes around picking up all the stray cats(we have tons around here) and has them spayed/neutered and releases them again. She works for the local vets office. My neighbor tells me she was outside yesterday.(Didn't mention a cat though being with her,but she did have a cat carrier) My other neighbor told me she seen a small black cat on her porch earlier in the day. So I am hoping this vet lady got him. Waiting till 9 am to call over there and see.(Hoping they are open today...)

Make sure you and your neighbours check all outhouses, garages, and even attics, just in case kitty got adventurous and then got stuck.

The Savoy is , in my opinion, the best place in SL for real jazz. I Like going during off hours, grabbing a seat and working on my inventory, or just listening while I chase Boomer around the house as he steals my shoes. Another place you can go is the USO, I haven't been yet, but it is highly recommended.

Poor kitty, and you. I know you are worried sick about this. I just keep thinking she's probably just sitting somewhere close by, being a bad cat and wanting her freedom a little more. You're going to have to have to read her the riot act when she shows up :(

Rio - i couldn't wait to log in to see an update about Raven. now i'm kind of mad. if that lady stole your cat as a stray, she should be put in jail for theft! she has no right to come to your house and steal your cat and then release it in the wild like that. spoon fed kitties aren't strays, and should not be treated as such. she should have knocked on your door and asked.

oh, i hope kitty returns. my heart is very sad today. :(

Bring your best skins, your silks, your thongs, your strappy thingies, YES, all those impulse buys that no one ever gets to see! Feel free to bring your Pets all petted up (and yes, I do mean those ones!) Whoohooo!



We will lounge by the pool(s), dance of course (I'll have a chimera stocked with belly dances!), and of course take notes on what each other are wearing. In fact, I don't know about you, but I'll be changing outfits more than once!

If the pics come out well, maybe Cee and I will make a memento book or calendar (with pemission, of course). After all, it IS our one year anniversary!

p.s. (Rio, sorry to hear about your kitten. I had one once who left within the first week of when I got him. He was gone for three days, then showed up waving at me through the screen door. Amazing little beasties!)

I got an IM from a guy saying he was glad to see a Forum person there and he mentioned that he DJs there tonight and then at 9:00 pm SL time they will have a live Jazz singer. He also mentioned that CX and Ally often come in on Sat nights, so I think that Dances and I will go back tonight.

Thanks very much for the recommendation - and I have made note of the USO.

Thanks for the reminder and hopefully I can get inworld early enough to actually find something nice in my inventory rather than just tossing something on at the last minute.



I have been doing inventory cleanup and have deleted tons and tons of stuff. Unfortunately, I must be acquiring at roughly the same rate because my overall inventory is not really decreasing much :eek: -- and yes I DO remember to empty the trash folder. :p

Me too. Last night (until SL started borking so badly that nothing was working) I managed to archive 1000+ snapshots, then I also put them all into display prims with the free HiroTV slideshow script that I got from the scripting library here. Nice to see them all displayed like that :)

Ooooo, I want. If I search the scripting library for "HiroTV" will I find it fairly easily and it is pretty easy to set up and do I need the "HiroTV and ......"?
