From: Rioko Bamaisin Awww. I'm sorry I teased you this morning about it. Hope everything was okay and you were just tired and old. No need to apologise at all. I *am* permanentky old and frequently tired. Pep (I never take exception to teasing though; I am many things but not a hypocrite, despite the mistaken perception of some.)

I'm going to make notes as I read these Blue office logs and post them when I'm done.
[ETA - did it - it's in that "Design the new forums!!!" thread.]
Marianne, you said that Torley has a wiki where the login-page locations are listed? Or did I misunderstand?

From: Pserendipity Daniels Thanks Lil. It is four hours yet until I hit the bar of the Stony Stratford Cricket Club. Pep (Dammit - this day is dragging its feet!) It is Friday - I give permission to start early.

From: Weston Graves Good morning, beautiful people (and kitties, faeries, vampires, and mongooses as the case may be). It's Friday, and I think I'm going to take one more day to recover. Fever's about gone, but coughing like mad. Don't want to spread this, but hope I don't need a doctor's excuse for three days. Glad you're feeling a bit better, Weston. And now you'll have the weekend to rest some more.

From: Madhu Maruti 3ring, I don't know (or need to know) anything about your budget or your expenses, and I don't think you necessarily meant any judgment by saying "I refuse to pay money for a game" - you may have only meant "with all the pulls on the money I have, I don't want to put any more of it into entertaining myself." i'm not judging anyone, and i'm only talking about myself. my budget would allow it, but that's not what i want to do with ANY my spare money. why buy the whole cow when you can milk SL for free? so no, i would not pay for an internet game. absolutely not. and as i said, i don't want to make that a "thing" between myself and hubby. he hates SL, and while i know i can argue properly and get things i want, he would resent it in the back of his mind and that would just be an ongoing 'thing' that i don't want in my marriage. i respect him, myself and our relationship too much. besides, when it comes to spending money frivilously, i'll have bigger fish to fry very soon.

I would preface the following with 'non-sequitor' but how could it be otherwise in this Thread of Threads? I have this vague recollection that i did not care for the one called Scylla's view points on many things- not that my opinion is any or less valid than another, i just have this idea i didn't like her take on something though i dont recall what- anyway- am loving the Milton and Poophead comments - Loling over those and yes Pep's response as well- I have to remember that next time I get into a terribly annying and serious discussion- oh you are just a poopyhead! (liked Lil's daughter's version best).

From: Seven Okelli About audio books: I know a guy who gets The Economist magazine on tape or disk or whatever it is, and he told me that when there are graphs or pictures the narrator tries to describe them. Which I found hilarious. "there's a red bar and a blue bar, and another bar that's some other color, and they are all about the same size, except the red bar is really skinny." . ha ha ha i would like to hear the actual description. that is funny.

From: Brenda Connolly The idea of limiting forum posting privileges to Premiums was especially galling. seriously? i'd be so out then. 3Ring isn't even premium anymore.

From: Amaranthim Talon Doubtful really- he said it (SL) didn't hold the interest it once did- I had called him a few months ago when someone asked about him here but he never called me back so i guess we will just let time take its meandering ways and if it brings Yosef back to SL, it does and if not, just wish him well. Knowing him is not something I would have wanted to have missed- for that i am glad and that he is well and has other things that entertain him. Is he still playing WoW? /me misses Yosef here in the thread...
