i think that will work! :D

Thanks. Someone noticed. I was starting to get a complex. ;)

*Glances at clock and airline schedule.* Just a few more hours. . .

So, why is my picture just a link?

Because there's a little extra at the end of the link after ".jpg"

http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3607...4ca35ae.jpg?v=0

Needs to have the "?v=0" removed.

et voila!

Hey, I liked it - but you have such a sad expression!

You have to delete the "?v=0" at the end of the link. It has to end with the ".jpg"

Can't speak to tht- but I know we can start hanging out in 3's place :)

I'm pretty sure I'm going the way of Honeybear at this point with my new job. I can't see stepping into the place and firing up the internet to hang out here in the daytime :( Will have to do some quick posting in the mornings before I leave the house and in the evenings when I return - boohoo for me.

I lifted this image of myself from Lexxi's flickr. Of course, I had to censor it to post.

Well, I couldn't post a pic with either biker clothes or lingerie. Have you ever tried to dress a cat? Doesn't end well.

But it is entertaining to watch...from a distance.

*purrs loudly, reminds self of the 8 billion more pictures sitting at home to be softly edited and uploaded to flickr*

Just took a personality test linked across the street. Most of the questions were, shall we say, stupid. The results have lines
extroverted........................................introverted
sensing..............................................intuitive
thinking...........................................feeling
judging............................................perceiving

If the little red marker were any more on the introverted side, it would fall off the edge. I cannot go any further right towards introverted on the scale. Others are closer to being in middle, though oddly all fall on the exact same place on the lines. And tend to fall closer to the left side of the chart than the right.

Personality type, though, is wrong
"Serious and quiet, interested in security and peaceful living. Extremely thorough, responsible and dependable. Well-developed powers of concentration. Usually interested in supporting and promoting traditions and establishments. Well-organized and hard working, they work steadily towards identified goals. They can usually accomplish any task once they have set their mind to it."

Well, in the sense that I get a task, complete it competently and quickly, efficiently. Then I go play. I'm the kind that will get a task, quickly set up how to complete it, complete the task, and then do something else. Others given the same task seem to take twice as long and are inefficient.

oh, one of the reasons I can't get pictures from Flickr to post, is because so darn many of them involve nudity or something else that would get me in trouble if someone were to happen to glance at my screen.

Hrm. I got similar to you on the intraverted, sensing and judging, but was at the extreme left for thinking versus feeling.

And the same personality description.

Extroverted and Intuitive
All the way to the right on Feeling
Pretty much in the middle on Judging vs. Perceiving (whatever that means)

"Enthusiastic, idealistic and creative. Able to do almost anything that interests them. Great people skills. Need to live life in accordance with their inner values. Excited by new ideas, but bored with details. Open-minded and flexible, with a broad range of interests and abilities."

/me hands the results to Dr. Daniels, in lieu of the office visit.

Compliments to everyone for the great pics! Sadly, I won't be in world til late tonight, so no biker babe pic from me today. :p

@Love, I really like your new forum avatar, Lexxi takes fabulous pics.

Here are my results on the personality test.

Towards the right on extroverted/introverted, everything else towards the middle range, more intuitive than sensing, more thinking than feeling, more judging than perceiving.

Independent, original, analytical and determined. Have an exceptional ability to turn theories into solid plans of action. Highly value knowledge, competence and structure. Driven to derive meaning from their visions. Long-range thinkers. Have very high standards for their performance and the performance of others. Natural leaders, but will follow if they trust existing leaders.

I signed up for 3's new SL forum today, too! See you all there. :)

If you hover over the lines it has a little description.

Introverted/Extroverted: how much you like to be around people
sensing/intuitive: how you process information
thinking/feeling: how you make decisions
judging/perceiving: how you structure your life

Check out Loki, since he is a cat, he offers good advice on cat clothes.

Oooh, biker day? Well, here I am as a Twi'lek, parking my speeder-bike in front of the Taris Cantina...

(sorry my pictures always stretch the thread -- I'll have to remember to edit them before uploading)

I want to go inworld and play dressup... but I can't. Sometimes it sucks to be an adult and do responsible things :(.

I thought that I surely had one old pic in leather clothes on Flickr? Sort of. This is me in tough outfit, a bit biker - looking. I get kicked by a girl with very long legs. Yup, that's me with male shape and skin. Not an alt, but Marianne posing as male.

Sometimes it's easier to have a male folder. I am much more interested in clothes and pictures than any guy I know, and it gets boring with just girl pictures. All my tough belts can fit a male, and I like buying short hair too. And sneakers and boots start to come in all sizes. And male skins in group gifts... would be a shame to waste it.

So I give you a guy named Marianne: ;)
