I've just been thinking as the Pornovania discussion continues, that I really wish Ray Figtree and Conan were here to weigh in. Willy Neumann, too.

Funny...I was just thinking about Ray and Conan today! (I don't know/recall Willy Neumann.)

I'm now seeing the crawl on Fox saying that Natasha Richardon has died. :(

So sad. Those poor children and her husband. :(

All I kept recalling was Sonny Bono's freak skiing accident.

Stuff:

It's 12:20 - I am tired and TV is rattling on - stupid home remake show - there is this chick who is 27 YO - hello- that's like 30! They are redoing her apartment and she is such a child - makes me want to jump thru the tv screen grab the damn fool doing the apartment and tell him to grow a pair- then shake her and tell her she outgrew cute a decade and a half ago! Geesh - the garbage on TV at times- not a dang thing worth watching right now and I needed an SL breakaway.

On a high point had a nice sale on Xstreet :) - feels good when people u don't even know like ur stuff enuff to spend some coinage -

In the next few I will be checking out of the world for the day unless something keeps me here - Night thread world- sweet dreams- bored- tired-etc - 12:30

*hugs Amara*

Sounds like you need a nice soak in a warm bath, and some good sleep. Feel better soon. :)

(and lol...I hardly watch any tv anymore...so when I do...I am VERY impatient with much of the stuff I see as I channel surf.)

Irish coffee only requires coffee and irish whiskey

though *sometimes* a very tad bit of irish creme is okay
:)

hmmm

how about people submit basic everyday recipes to you that you would cook up at home and then take pics of the completed item, post the pics and recipe to the blog with your review of the results of their recipe. (texture, flavor, ease of cooking, healthy rating, etc
(just normal food, nothing gourmet, or unusual for where ever you live)

I think a blog like that would be interesting, plus you would get a lot of new recipes to try hehe.

oooh! I like this idea. :D

I thought I would get in the swing of things as Mo's substitute for the next few days, and start off a European tour of breakfasts, following the English/Welsh/Irish giant breakfasts to which I have been subjecting you recently.

Here is the first, a light French farmhouse petit dejeuner.

Pep (If you have any special requests let me know)

PS Not *that* sort of request, thank you, Love!

Yum! Thanks, Pep. :) Le petit dejeuner is just what I needed. :)

Morning all.*hugs thread*

My cat is missing. I can't see anyone stealing her since she is such a bitch. So she either ran away forever or got run over. Though I can't see her getting run over either since she is such a bitch and very smart and would probably attack the car first......Nor would she run away because that would mean she would have to give up her loyal subjects who bow to her every whim. I'll be roaming my neighborhood this morning-fun.

Anyway light candles and stuff, not for her but for anyone who tries to pet her or pick her up....eep.

Good job on the substituting Pep. Mo would be proud.

Oh, Rio... :( I hope you find your kitty soon...

Good morning everyone!

It's been insanely busy the past few days, getting the mall finished, tenants moved in, but the mall is at 100% capacity! Woot!!

Sheesh, maybe I'll have some time pretty soon for my guy and some new pictures! ;)

100% rented?? That's awesome, Honey! Congratulations.

/me makes plans to go shopping upon her arrival back home next week. :D

Missing kitties are odd things. They may come back. They may not. They may be hiding, watching to make sure you are sufficiently worried before coming out and looking at you like nothing is wrong.

I hope nothing untoward has happened. :(

Afternoon Threaders and Threadettes.

Just spotted this on BBC news page:

If Whitehall bureaucrats and MPs are going to move in on us here, I need a Third Life to escape to. This one is getting too darn close to RL these days. :(

She is home. A little dirty though. Not sure what happened to her. She started meowing at the back door, I let her in. She walked right to her dish and stared at me. I fed her and she went to sleep. She isn't one for words...:/
