Morning all! Nice day here in NJ, a bit chilly but who cares. Heading to Brooklyn for my cousins bar mitzvah today. Kind of not thrilled, more of an obligation. I decided to just go to the party since Ghosty wasn't feeling well up until this morning. Just not going to stress myself out trying to get there to hear the kid tripping over reading from the Torah (they all do ;) ). Hopefully, the food will be decent (hey, it's a Jewish event, the food better be worth eating!), and I get to see my sisters and some others I haven't in awhile, so thats good enough for me.

Hope everyone enjoys their Saturday! I'm dragging myself off to get ready, but think I'll stuff a croissant into my mouth first, and some more coffee of course :)

Morning everyone. I slept sooooo late, but it really felt good. I've been shorting myself on sleep a bit during the week lately.

We are expecting sunny skies and a high of 60F today. I actually noticed some weeds starting to come up that I need to go take care of -- we've had so little water over the winter that we had to turn the sprinklers on the yard and yet those damn weeds are already popping into my flower beds.

Cool, damp day here...and there's a contractor down in my kitchen, repairing the plaster ceiling, so...it's a good day to be home.
